Vivienda Vacacional La Laguna Deluxe 6 Overview
First Impressions
Walking up to Vivienda Vacacional La Laguna Deluxe 6, you immediately sense you’ve found something special in this UNESCO World Heritage city. The four-star property sits right on Calle Pablo Iglesias, and honestly, the location couldn’t be better — you’re literally in the heart of La Laguna’s historic center. I mean, when couples consistently rate the location 9.3 out of 10, you know there’s something genuinely appealing about where you’ll be staying. The building itself has that refined Canarian charm that makes you feel like you’re experiencing the real Tenerife, not some tourist bubble.
The Historic Neighborhood
What I love about this spot is how effortlessly you can explore La Laguna’s cobblestone streets and colonial architecture — it’s all right outside your door. The university town buzz is infectious, with students and locals creating this vibrant energy that tourist areas often lack. You’ll find yourself wandering past centuries-old churches and traditional Canarian houses with their distinctive wooden balconies, and the best part? You’re not fighting crowds to see it all. Actually, some of the island’s best traditional restaurants are within a few minutes’ walk, which locals will tell you is half the battle when you’re trying to eat well in the Canaries.
The Accommodation Experience
The vacation rental setup works brilliantly here — you get that upscale comfort with the freedom to live like a local for a few days. The space feels thoughtfully designed rather than just functional, with those little touches that show someone actually cares about your experience. What struck me most was how quiet it stays despite being so central — you know how tricky that balance can be in historic city centers. The amenities hit that sweet spot between having everything you need without feeling cluttered or overdone.
Getting Around and Exploring
Here’s something you might not realize until you’re here — La Laguna is perfectly positioned for exploring both the cultural side of Tenerife and its natural wonders. The tram connection to Santa Cruz is incredibly easy (and honestly, kind of charming), while the roads up to the Anaga Mountains start practically around the corner. I’ve stayed in other parts of the island, and you really appreciate this central location when you’re not spending half your day just getting places. Plus, there’s something satisfying about returning to a proper neighborhood after a day of hiking or beach-hopping.
Why Guests Love It
That 9.2 overall rating isn’t just numbers — it reflects how this place gets the fundamentals right while adding those extra touches that make a trip memorable. Couples especially seem to connect with the romantic atmosphere of staying in a beautifully preserved colonial city, where evening strolls feel naturally special rather than forced. You’re getting that high-end vacation rental experience in one of the Canary Islands’ most culturally rich locations, which is honestly a pretty rare combination. When you can walk to dinner, explore historic sites, and still feel like you’re in a real community rather than a tourist zone, well, that’s when a good trip becomes a great one.

Reviews of Vivienda Vacacional La Laguna Deluxe 6
Tatiana from Belgium (10/10)
It is a very thoughtfully organized flat, equipped with multiple handy items. E.g., they provide two sets of keys, there are several (!) extension wires available, a foldable stand on the kitchen for someone who is too short to reach the upper shelves, various tableware, including plastic ones for children. Also, the communication with the host was very easy.
The flat was clean, it has a good soundproof, double glazing, and there is a lift in the building.Mojca from Slovenia (8/10)
The location of the property is amazing. The bed and the laundry room are great.
Shad from Finland (10/10)
The apartment was clean, and we received a hotel service in this place. I recommend reserving parking for this place.
Pinoc from United Kingdom (10/10)
Great communication, location and comfortable beds
Anikó from Hungary (10/10)
We recently stayed at the apartment for six nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The apartment was exceptionally comfortable, with cozy beds that made every night restful. It was very clean — everything was spotless, creating a welcoming and fresh environment.
One of the standout aspects of this apartment was how thoughtfully it was equipped. The owner has considered every little detail to ensure guests have everything they might need during their stay. From kitchen essentials to small touches that made it feel like home, it was evident that a lot of care had gone into preparing the space.
The location is another big plus. The apartment is conveniently close to the centre of La Laguna, making it easy to explore the town, shop at nearby supermarkets, or hop onto the motorway for further adventures around the island.
Parking is available for an additional €5 per day in a garage just a short walk away. While it's convenient to have secure parking, maneuvering out of the garage can be a bit challenging and may require some practice.Susan from Spain (9/10)
Great location, near the tram/buses/Mercadona. Lotsa things provided (coffee, toiletries, herbs etc etc). Nice building, good roof terrace. Laundry was useful.
Alasdair from United Kingdom (9/10)
Good location to explore La Laguna, tram or bus to Santa Cruz, and a base for the Anaga Peninsula.

Location!
Stefano from Norway (8/10)
Location is great, few minutes walk from the Laguna city center, restaurants, supermarkets and facilities. Easy to take the motorway. Great vegetarian options nearby for breakfast and lunch/dinner. La Laguna is a great place to stay as it is central to start trips to Mount Teide, explore the north coast, Santa Cruz, Anaga park. The apartment is practical as a basecamp, fully equipped, clean and new kitchen utensils and pans (a rarity!). Hosts responded fast to our requests.
