You’re on Avenida Arquitecto Gómez Cuesta, which means you’re close enough to all the action but far enough back that you won’t have drunk tourists stumbling past your window at 3 AM. The beach is literally a few minutes’ walk, and I mean the good part of the beach where locals go, not just the tourist strips. You’ve got restaurants, bars, and shops all within easy walking distance, but you know what I loved most? You can actually get to the quieter parts of the coastline without needing a car.

The Rooms

The rooms here are what I’d call thoughtfully designed — they’re not trying to be flashy, just comfortable and functional in all the right ways. Most rooms have those ocean glimpses that make you pause whatever you’re doing to just look out for a minute. The beds are actually good (you’d be surprised how many hotels get this wrong), and the bathrooms have decent water pressure, which honestly matters more than fancy marble when you’re washing off a day at the beach. Air conditioning works properly too, which in this part of Spain during summer is basically non-negotiable.

The pool area is where this place really shines — it’s got that relaxed, upscale feel without being pretentious about it. There’s enough space that you’re not fighting for loungers, and the bar service is solid without being overpriced. What I appreciated was how they’ve managed to create different zones, so couples looking for quiet time aren’t stuck next to families with kids running around. The restaurant serves decent food that goes beyond typical hotel fare, though honestly, with all the great local spots nearby, you’ll probably want to explore the neighborhood dining scene.

  We had an incredible experience staying in this apartment. The owner's communication was excellent, providing fast responses and an easy check-in process. The apartment was fully equipped and ideally situated in the heart of Las Americas, near the beach, clubs, shops, and a fantastic pool. The highlight was the awesome ocean view from the tenth floor, making it a dream destination for a nice and relaxing holiday. Everything was in great condition, and we can't wait to come back.
