  The location was fantastic, a lovey quiet & well maintained residence. Sunsets from the balcony’s are beautiful. The pool is heated and very well kept. Puerto de Santiago & La Arena are perfect for a holiday, everything you need in walking distance. Rita was brilliant at communication & responding to all queries.

  Quite residential location close to the beach. Comfortable bed. Convinient pool access. The balcony has great views. New kitchenette. Overall the place is not unpleasant, but also not what you would expect based on the pictures.

  Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Meer im einer ruhigen Anlage. Zum Strand und zu den Geschäften sind es nur ca. 200 m. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Es gibt einen schönen Wohnraum mit neuer Küchenzeile. Der Blick aufs Meer vom Wohnzimmer und einem Schlafzimmer aus ist außergewöhnlich schön. Auch der Balkon mit Tisch und zwei Stühlen sowie die Terrasse mit den Liegen haben uns gut gefallen. Alles mit Meerblick!Das Wasser im Pool war angenehm warm. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
