The hotel sits on Avenida Rafael Puig, which means you’re literally a two-minute walk from some of the best beaches in Tenerife. I mean, you can hear the ocean from your balcony, but you’re also close enough to all the action that you don’t need to plan your entire day around getting anywhere. The couples I saw during my stay seemed particularly smitten with how easy it was to slip away for romantic walks along the coastline.

The Room Experience

My room was on the fourth floor with a partial ocean view, and honestly, I spent way more time on that balcony than I expected. The space itself is thoughtfully designed — not huge, but everything has its place. The bed was actually comfortable (you know how hotel beds can be hit or miss), and the bathroom had this nice rainfall shower that made morning routines feel less rushed. What I really appreciated was the little sitting area by the window — perfect for having coffee while watching the sunrise over the Atlantic.

The main restaurant serves up a solid mix of international and Canarian dishes, though I’d recommend venturing out for dinner at least once — Playa de las Americas has some incredible local spots within walking distance. The hotel’s spa area is where I spent a good chunk of my downtime, especially after long days exploring the island. It’s not massive, but it’s well-maintained and rarely crowded. There’s also a decent-sized pool area that catches the afternoon sun perfectly, and parking is available if you’re planning to rent a car and explore beyond the resort area.

  The bartenders and waiters were very friendly and it was always easy and quick to get a drink. They had entertainment on every night which we enjoyed.

  The staff was very friendly and helpful. The first night we had a room facing the street, it was VERY loud. Even we earplugs we could hear the loud noise from the bars until after 2am. We asked to change the room to a sea view which was way quieter and a very different experience and worth the upgrade.
  The pool was nice, very clean, bar was good. The good was okay, I never expect much from a huge buffet, it had a good variety. It was worth the half board because the food around isn't great either and it's experience (imo for what the offer, most restaurants have the same menu). I only stayed 3 nights so it was fine, more than that I would prob get a bit bored of food and try something else. Either way, it was handy not to have to think about food everyday.
  The room ammenities were also good.
