  Everything. Being in a small urbanization 5 minutes away from Santa Cruz offered us stunning views and tranquility. The house is big, rooms are spatious, kitchen is well equipped and the small garden has let us enjoy and play with our little kid. By the way – for little kids a high chair, crib and even some toys are available, which was so cool!

  The place is wonderful. We did work from abroad with few friends, and everyone had enough space and privacy. The views are absolutely stunning from both balconies and the terrace.

  It was bigger than we expected, super clean, beautiful atheistic design and feels very safe and homely. The loveliest place to stay if you’re up north. Bus from TFS was 6€ and taxis are cheap to get around the city which was a 8-10 min drive from here, and a carrefour (supermarket) 5 mins down the road!
  
  This place has beautiful views of the sea from the balconies and garden and so peaceful in comparison to the south, you can hear the sea during the day and crickets at night so it is perfect for a relaxing break.
  
  The host and her friend, Loli, are wonderful. Very attentive and polite. Loli met us with the keys with so much kindness and made us feel so welcome!
  
  We have already recommended this place to friends and will definitely be returning for the next Tenerife city break!

  Nice place to stay. View at the ocean from terrace, and two balconies. Bigger that on pictures. Three bathroom, plenty space and many rooms. Washmachine, dishwasher, cutlery, appliances. Just all you need.

  Sensationelles Haus mit 2 Balkonen und herrlichem Meerblick. Schon morgens wird man mit einem herrlichen Sonnenaufgang und Vogelgezwitscher geweckt. Es ist sehr ruhig zur Meerseite und man schläft sehr gut in einem Bett mit guter Matratze. Frühstücken auf dem Balkon und Blick auf den blauen Atlantik ist dass, was wir jeden Tag gemacht haben. Bei gutem Wetter sieht man Gran Canaria. Es fahren viele Busse nach Santa Cruz, die Bushaltestelle ist ca. 800 m entfernt (man muss etwas bergauf gehen). Mit unserem Mietauto (was wir wohl empfehlen würden) waren wir in 8 Minuten im Parkhaus am Mercado in Santa Cruz. Alles war sehr schön.

  Großes, helles Reihenhaus (2. Reihe) in guter Lage mit Meerblick und guten Parkmöglichkeiten. Man kommt vom Haus aus schnell überall hin, da gute Anbindung an Autobahn. Frühstück und Abendessen auf Balkon mit Meerblick war schön.
  
  This townhouse is really big and bright (2nd row) in a good location with seaview and lots of parking space. From here you get quickly to all sorts of destinations since it is close to the highway. Breakfast and dinner on the balcony with seaview was great.
