  The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a parking spot .The location was very good for us, just a few minutes walk from the beach, the port, and the town center, where there were many shops, restaurants, and bars. The area was quiet and safe, and the people were friendly and helpful. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay in Playa de San Juan Tenerife.

  Nice location, perfect distance from the coast, promenade and restaurants. Ideal for those who appreciate silence. Joggers will be delighted, as the jogging friendly promenade is right next to the apartment.
  The availability of underground parking is a plus as parking in the city is limited.

  We absolutely loved staying at Casa Brillante with our two kids. The apartment itself was so lovely – clean, bright, spacious, with everything we needed. The location was great – close to the beach, to some really lovely restaurants and to the shops. Easy to get there from the airport. We've already recommended it to family and friends.

  Very good and central location, next to restaurants and beach. New appartment in 1st floor. Very clean, all you need available including large fridge. 2x bed rooms to the backyard, 2x bad rooms, small balkony. The parking in the Garage is also an advantage.

  Labai patiko apartamentai. Puiki namo vieta- prie pat promenados palei vandenyną. O pliažas už kelių šimtų metrų pasivaikštant.
  Puikus butas. Labai patogu, kad yra 2 vonios kambariai. Patogios miegamųjų lovos. Yra visa virtuvės įranga ir indai. Maloniai nustebino, kai radom priemonių nuo saulės ir kremo po deginimosi.
  Ypač svarbu, kad yra garažas automobiliui. Pasitiko maloni šeimininkė.
