  Apartment is super cozy and tidy, I really loved the view from the balcony- there were so peaceful and calm, the landlady- Eleonora is super warming and lovely lady, in general my stay was amazing

  The large apartment is situated on the 3rd floor at the corner of the building. Two balconies, the main one with a nice table and two chairs — the other one, off the bedroom, is rather narrow, but you can put a chair out there and catch the afternoon sun. Both have a nice view along their respective streets. (I don't know about the sea view though, but you are able to catch a glimpse of the sea past the beginning of Calle Mar Rizada)
  The apartment is equipped in a modern way. And I especially liked the electrical layout, and the many hooks and pegs along the walls, for hanging your hats on, and that the tv was on a swivel mount, so that you could watch it with your feet up on the couch, or from the dining table.

  The place is very quiet, luminous and very large for two people. It was easy to collect the keys and walk to the nearby down-town for a glass of wine and a good restaurant. San Juan in itself is close to very touristic zones, but not embedded in them.

  Sólo estuvimos aquí dos días, pero disfrutamos muchísimo de nuestra estancia. El apartamento está muy limpio y cuidado y tiene todo lo necesario para estar cómodamente. Desayunamos en la terraza dos veces y cocinamos "en casa" una vez por la noche. No tuvimos "contaminación acústica" por parte de los compañeros residentes 🙂
  El edificio está situado en una esquina, muy céntrico y todo a un paso. Eleonora es una muy buena anfitriona, responde rápidamente a cualquier pregunta.
