  The apartment is newly refurbished, very clean, and convenient to beach and shops.

  The property is exactly as is in the photos. Very very clean, everything you could need from utensils, cookware, appliances was fully equipped and even containers which came in handy for when you wanted to take snacks on the go for the beach or a day out. Javier and Pilar were very thoughtful and even had a bottle of water in the fridge upon arrival! Location is literally few mins walk from the beach which was great, under 10mins walk to Las americas strip. We had a very small issue with the toilet which Pilar herself arrived the next morning with the plumber and it was fixed very quickly and even before leaving asking us if there was anything extra we needed.
