  Everything was beyond expectations, just perfect. The hotel is close to the beach, in a quiet area of Costa Adeje. We had a room with direct acces to one of the pools from the terrace of our room, with private sunbeds. The staff is very polite and helpful, the rooms and all common areas (bar, restaurant, pools etc) are always very clean. The food is great (both buffet breakfast and dinner). The design of the hotel is very pleasant, everything looks amazing and the facilities are great. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable. Looking forward to coming back!

  We arrived earlier than anticipated but were none the less made most welcome. I didn't like the area where our allocated room was positioned (too near the swimming pool for us) and asked if we could have a different room. We were shown and offered a different room which we accepted and were very happy with it. This was all done with very good grace.

  The hotel was exceptionally clean, the staff were very polite. When we arrived we were greeted with a welcome drink voucher to use at the bar, the receptionist explained everything we needed to know about the hotel for our stay, including pool

  The room was a very good size with a good size tv, it was a very quiet and peaceful stay. No music by the pool, very relaxing atmosphere. Really close to the shops and restaurants.
