  This is one of the challenging reviews, since the place is at a quality I haven’t seen before!
  The location is easy to reach by car in puerto del Cruz. There is a lot of free parking in addition to a private garage! The appartment is in a very nice building, which has the facilities of free big swimming pool, and a really well equipped gym.
  The apartment itself is very spacious. In addition to large bedroom and spacious living room and kitchen it has a huge (!!) balcony.
  I haven’t seen before such a level of meticulous and vast variety of equipment and everything necessary for living as in this place. Every possible accessories, including a great washing machine which we used a lot was there. The appartment and all the building are very clean and the whole area looks very secured.
  The hostess is very helpful and brought us some stuff that was running out without hesitation.
  There is an excellent Mexican restaurant at the same street as a nice bonus 😀

  Yuli was a very friendly host. Very helpful and easy.
  Apartment was exactly as on the pictures. Balcony was massive. Easy parking outside the building if not Yuli gave a the key for the garage however we didn't use this option.
  Bed was comfy. Plenty towels. I like this place and 100% recommend

  The location was excellent. It's on the edge of the city, but we walked to the seafront one day and took a taxi back. However we explored a lot of the N coast, soon we could get on the road easily in the morning to go east or west. There is an excellent little Italian restaurant just over the main road which we used several times, and slightly down the main road a super cafe for breakfast. There are several major supermarkets nearby for those who wish to self cater.

  Really lovely place. We were surprised! Usually photos do look better than reality. In that case photos do not give the justice. We felt like at home! Highly recommended!

  The flat is squeaky clean. It is also very quiet. The terrace is amazing. It is greatly equipped having everything one might need . The building is new. Parking is great. The owner is friendly and helpful. It was a pleasant stay. To be honest, it was one of the best stays in rented flats I've ever had. We were there with the whole family and we loved it.

  Прекрасная чистая и очень уютная квартира. С великолепной террасой.  Правда нам немного не повезло, в это время года на неё не доходит солнце. Но в комплексе есть бассейн возле которого есть шезлонги и зонтики. 
  В квартире есть все что необходимо для отдыха. Очень удобная кровать, подушки. Пледы, посуда для тепла и уюта. 
  Рядом есть пиццерия, бар, кафе, магазины в пешей доступности. До моря 20 минут ходьбы красивым бульваром вниз с горки. Обратно можно приехать на автобусе. До центра города с набережной тоже примерно 20 минут ходьбы. 
  Хозяйка очень доброжелательная. У нас был очень поздний приезд, дождалась нас, все показала, рассказала что где находится.  Спасибо большое, обязательно приедем ещё раз!

  Я много путешествую и делаю бронирования с помощью booking и хочу сказать, что это самая оснащенная и обжитая квартира, которую я встречала. Там есть все, что только может Вам понадобиться. Из гигиенических принадлежностей есть все самое необходимое, что даже можно не брать с собой косметичку: одноразовые станки, средство для снятия макияжа, гель для душа и т д. Квартира выглядит настолько уютно, что даже нет ощущения, что это посуточные апартаменты, будто приехал к себе домой или в гости. А размеры и оснащенность террасы даже лучше чем на фото, однозначная рекомендация. На месте даже пожалели, что сделали бронь только на одни сутки.
