The hotel sits perfectly positioned for exploring the historic center (you can walk to those famous natural rock pools in about five minutes), and honestly, the staff seems to genuinely know the area. They pointed me toward this tiny local restaurant that I never would’ve found otherwise, and mentioned the best times to visit the pools when they’re not crowded with day-trippers from Puerto de la Cruz.
