Look, I’ll be honest – when I first saw “Vistas al Teide y al mar 4” I thought it was one of those places that promises ocean views and delivers a sliver of blue between two buildings. But this little gem on Kale la Haya actually delivers on both fronts, and I mean really delivers. You’re literally getting Mount Teide looming majestically on one side and the Atlantic stretching endlessly on the other. The location is sort of perfect if you know Puerto de la Cruz at all – you’re tucked away from the main tourist chaos around Plaza del Charco, but honestly, you can walk there in like eight minutes when you want that energy.

What surprised me most was how quiet it gets at night, considering you’re still properly in town. The street isn’t one of those narrow cobblestone nightmares where delivery trucks wake you at 6 AM scraping against walls. There’s actually decent parking nearby too, which – trust me – matters more than you think in Puerto de la Cruz. The building itself has that unpretentious Canarian feel, nothing fancy but everything works. I mean, it’s a solid 3-star that knows what it is and doesn’t try to be something else. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and you know what? Sometimes that’s exactly what you need after a day hiking in Teide National Park or wandering through the old town’s volcanic stone streets.

The 9.1 rating makes total sense once you spend a night or two here. It’s not about luxury amenities or a fancy lobby – it’s about waking up to that incredible dual view and feeling like you’ve got a proper base for exploring the north of Tenerife. You’re close enough to walk to Playa Jardín (those black sand beaches are something else), but far enough from the beachfront hotels that you’re not paying tourist prices for everything. Plus, there’s this great little Canarian restaurant just down the hill that barely any visitors know about – the kind of place where locals actually eat dinner at 10 PM and the papas arrugadas come with three different mojos. The whole area has this authentic island vibe that the southern resorts just can’t touch, and honestly, once you experience a proper Canarian sunset with Teide silhouetted against the sky, you’ll understand why people keep coming back to Puerto de la Cruz despite all the flashier options elsewhere on the island.

  Beautiful and well equipped apartment in perfect location of Puerto. Close to the bus stop, shopping mall and city center. From our balcony we had an outstanding view on Volcano Teide and at the beach at the same time. Apartment was spotlessly clean, excellent WiFi and facilities ( iron, hair dryer and even beach towels and a beach umbrella).
  Extremely helpful Hosts were always available via WhatsApp.
  It was definitely one of my best holiday experience in my life and I will do my best to come back here again!

  Nice apartment, close to shops and good restaurants. Nice terrace at the top of the building. Beautiful view of the Teide mountain peak.

  Great apartment on good location. Lots of shops, cafes and restaurants. The balcony alone and the view are worth it. It has everything you need. Bear in mind that this is almost in downtown Puerto De La Cruz, so if you have light sleep you will hear a lot of city sounds and noise, which is logic due to apartment location.
