  The apartament is very nice located just to the ocean, mamy restaurants and bars nearby. Apartament is big, clean and well equiped. The lady owner is communicative and helpful.

  The view from the apartment was spectacular. The owner was very kind and helpful, fruits, sweets and biscuits were in the kitchen for us. The location is very good. You can find everything shops, cafés, resturants and beaches in nearby.

  A nice and cosy vintage apartment, you certainly will like the style once you have nice memories from the last century. You can enjoy the sea view from the living room, even during your breakfast. It is easy to just exit for an evening walk or visit restaurants and shops. But the advantage to plan a full day program outside is to save the climbing to the fourth floor. The kitchen is well equipped for any tools you might need for your stay.

  Cameras have been installed in the flat! Even though the landlady claims they are switched off, it is impossible to check, as the cameras are active. The flat has two pluses – a great location and the view from the window. Everything! The flat needs immediate repair, cracks in the walls and ceiling. The sofa is old, the bulls are sewn up from the holes with TOWERS!!! The cheap decor of the flat is terrible. The artificial roses look sloppy. A freshener was placed in the flat which made it necessary to ventilate the rooms for hours as it stank horribly. You can see that the landlady is trying, but it's not enough. There is no parking for cars. With difficulty we found a place in paid parking for 15 euros per day. Good that it was only a stopover for two days. I did not like it.

  Tanto la ubicación, la limpieza y el trato con Mercedes fueron excelentes. A pesar de ser un apartamento de un bloque antiguo está muy cuidado y se nota el cariño que le dedica a cada detalle. Sin duda, si volvemos al Puerto de la Cruz será al mismo apartamento.
