  Apartment was very well quipped and finished. There are 3 floors – Ground-garage, 1st living room/ kitchen/bathroom, 2nd bedrooms/bathroom. Both first and second floors had additional outdoor spaces lovely to sit out in mornings and evenings. Two pools and very clean and quiet.

  The location was excellent. The house is marvellous. Very clean and organised and quiet. It has large windows and skylights. Lots of luminosity. There are awnings on the terraces that you can roll down if there is a lot of sun or roll up if you want more sunlight. The house has very modern appliances and new generation air-conditioning. There is a large private garage that connects with the house just going up the stairs. The bed was very comfortable. The beach is only a minute away, and there are shops and restaurants nearby. José, the host was very polite and professional. He explained everything to me. I felt very safe in the area. Will be back for sure.

  Perfect for a family holiday – 5 – 10 minute walk to a nice beach; 5 minute walk to supermarket / good dining options / good ice-cream shop; tennis court with small football goals got a lot of use by our 4 and 8 yo; nice swimming pools onsite; very nice apartment.

  Ausstattung und Räumlichkeiten ideal für Familien mit Kindern, weil Waschmaschine, 2 Bäder, 2 Schlafzimmer und komplett ausgestattete Küche vorhanden. Playa La Tejita auch für Kinder empfohlen und in 5min fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr hilfsbereiter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber, bestens Englisch sprechend.

  Lage abseits von Rummel in einer Überbauung mit Einheimischen. Wir fühlten uns sofort wie zu Hause, gemütlich eingerichtet. Infolge Nähe zum Flughafen hört man vor allem ankommende Flieger, was wir jedoch nicht als störend empfanden.
  Tolle Wanderung in Küstennähe nach Los Abrigos. Dort empfiehlt sich Fish of the day zu essen.
  Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 5' zu Fuss entfernt.
  Weitere Ausflüge nur mit Auto.
