You know what struck me first about Villa Moleiro? It’s tucked away on this quiet stretch of Avenida José María Galván Bello where you can actually hear birds in the morning instead of traffic – which is honestly rare for a 4-star place that’s still this accessible. I mean, you’re technically in San Miguel de Abona, but it feels more like you’ve stumbled into someone’s well-kept secret. The “Green Park” part of the name isn’t just marketing fluff either; there’s actual greenery everywhere, and I’m talking about mature trees and landscaping that looks like it’s been there for years, not the usual resort palm-planting situation.

The whole vibe is sort of refreshingly low-key for somewhere with a 9.2 rating. Check-in was smooth – no ridiculous lobby drama or lines of tour groups (thank god), and the staff actually seemed to know the area when I asked about getting to the coast. What really got me was how they’ve managed to keep that villa feel even though it’s clearly a proper hotel operation. The rooms have this lived-in quality that doesn’t feel sterile, and honestly, the beds are fantastic – I’m talking sink-into-them-and-forget-your-travel-stress fantastic. Parking was straightforward too, which if you’ve ever tried to navigate some of these Canarian hotel situations, you know is worth mentioning.

Here’s the thing about the location that took me a while to appreciate – you’re perfectly positioned between the tourist madness and the middle-of-nowhere spots. San Miguel de Abona isn’t exactly a household name, but that’s actually the point. You can hit the southern beaches in about fifteen minutes, but when you come back in the evening, you’re in this peaceful bubble where the only sounds are maybe some distant conversation from the terrace and the occasional car passing by. The breakfast setup (they do it on this lovely outdoor terrace) feels like eating at a friend’s house if your friend happened to have really good taste and a chef. I kept running into the same guests morning after morning, and everyone had this relaxed, almost grateful energy – like we’d all discovered something that hadn’t been completely overrun yet. If you’re looking for that sweet spot between comfort and authenticity, without the resort noise or the boutique hotel pretentiousness, this place just works.

  Enjoyed our stay in this wonderful apartment. Very friendly and helpful host. Apartment has obviously been recently refurbished. Can’t think of anything it was missing during our week stay as a family of 4. Kitchen well equipped, modern bathroom with brilliant shower, hairdryer & also a washing machine. The host left some useful toiletries. Pull out sofa bed and clean fresh smelling linen for the beds. Plenty of towels & the host also left us beach towels for our stay. Great television which my son enjoyed. Balcony with the egg chair was much enjoyed. Location very central and close to several supermarkets and restaurants.
  
  What could be improved: The green park complex itself was a bit dated and could do with a bit of a revamp especially in the entrance/reception area but the actual apartment itself made up for that

  We had a wonderful stay! Everything was perfect – the apartment was clean and cozy, the location was great, and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised by all the thoughtful details – there was even a beach umbrella, towels, and toys for the kids to play with at the beach. It made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend, and we’d love to come back!

  The apartment was very clean and had everything you would need for a short stay had a hub but no oven so more suitable to a week stay or 2 weeks the bed was very comfortable.

  Modern and clean apartment with lovely balcony overlooking a lovely pool. Good access to amenities. Bars, shops and restaurants all in easy reach. Good bus service that can take you to busier resorts and the airport

  A perfect apartment for a couple. We had a stay of 10 days in this apartment and we felt like home. The host is very welcoming and always available online for any need that may arise. Newly renovated, the apartment is very clean and equipped with all the appliances you could need.
  The apartment is not close to the beach, but it overlooks the inner courtyard where there is a swimming pool that you can access for free, if you want. We had a rented car and very easily reached the attractions we proposed from this location.
  
  We liked that attention was paid to security: barrier at the entrance to the complex, non-stop guard and alarm in the apartment. There are restaurants around, shops and free parking available in the complex.
  
  In spite of the planes that go over the building, we didn't heard them during the night. We slept like babies. But in case you can't there are earplugs available in the apartment, so don't worry about this.
  
  The apartment is exactly like the photos on booking. We warmly recommend this apartment.
  
  What could be improved: None, we will comeback here for sure.
