I mean, couples absolutely rave about this place — and after staying here, I totally get it. There’s something about being slightly removed from the tourist chaos while still having easy access to the city center that just works. The neighborhood has this authentic Canarian feel that you don’t get in the typical hotel zones.

The Room Experience

My room had floor-to-ceiling windows that opened up to those promised sea views, and honestly, I spent way too much time just standing there with my morning coffee. The space feels more like a high-end apartment than a hotel room — there’s actual character here, not that cookie-cutter hotel vibe you get everywhere else. The attention to detail is what gets me; everything from the linens to the bathroom fixtures feels thoughtfully chosen, not just functional.

What Makes It Special

The villa has this intimate feel that bigger hotels just can’t match — I think there are only a handful of rooms, which means you’re not fighting crowds for anything. The staff actually remembers your name (and your coffee preferences), which is refreshing. There’s a small restaurant area where they serve breakfast, and the food is surprisingly good — proper local ingredients, not the typical continental buffet stuff. It’s the kind of place where you actually want to hang out in your room instead of just crashing there at night. For couples especially, there’s something romantic about the whole setup that makes it feel special without being over-the-top about it.

  Villa is very luxurious, spacious, all what you need. Great pool, magnificent direct seaview, great garage, the host Jorge is superfriendly, direct and accessible. The house is fuily equipped, the two masterbedrooms with amazing views. The bathrooms very nice and well maintaineed. Kitchen with everything that you may imagine. By car – 5 mins to gorceries, 15 mins to largest city. Great stay.

  The porperty has a very good and beautiful location. It’s close to everything when you have a car and even if you do not go out you are not missing out thanks to its magnificent view.

  The property has everything you need. It’s very spacious, comfortably accommodating for the 7 of us that stayed. The garden was perfect with a great pool area and the kitchen had everything we needed to create a feast fit for 7.
  
  It’s close to the motorway but you really can’t hear anything. Supermarkets are a five min drive and it’s a good base point to explore the whole island.
  
  The host was super accommodating and helpful, he showed us around the villa and gave us information on where to eat, visit and how to get there.

  We recently stayed in this lovely villa the end of March. We enjoyed every minute. The house is spacious, well maintained, with a wonderful heated pool. All the amenities and little touches make it so you never want to leave. We had everything we needed. I loved that I didn’t have to buy extra stuff like spices, oils, charcoal, laundry detergents, paper towels, bathing soap etc. There were plenty of pool towels and cozy bath robes. The beds were comfortable. The furniture was comfortable. The villa provides an indoor/outdoor living experience with spectacular ocean views! The host was available at all times to answer any questions via WhatsApp. He was extremely accommodating with check in and out times. He gave us all the information for supermarkets and restaurants. One week was not long enough. We loved it and had the most relaxing time.

  Great villa in a quiet residential area. Spectacular 180 degree ocean view. The villa has everything you need for a relaxing time, including an outdoor kitchen for BBQ lovers. This villa is definitely a ‚10‘ but the host, Jorge, is a ‚11’: quick responses and super-friendly!

  Host met us upon arrival and provided the key as well as showed us around the property. The vill was very spacious and with amazing view. Nice cozy beach was 5 min drive away. We had an amazing stay and would return on our next visit to Tenerife.

  We loved the location of the house. It is located in an urbanization, so only locals, no tourists. The house is just the way it looks like on the pictures. All necessary facilities were there. Jorge, the host, is easy to get in touch with. All communication went well. Great outdoor kitchen!
