There’s a golf course within a couple miles if that’s your thing, and I was surprised to learn about the tennis court on the property. The fishing opportunities along this stretch of coast are genuinely good too, though you’ll want to ask locals about the best spots.

The Villa Experience

This is where the place really shines — you get the entire villa to yourself, which means no shared spaces or awkward elevator encounters. The main room areas flow nicely together, and there’s actually enough space to spread out without feeling like you’re living on top of each other.   4 nice rooms and a well equipped kitchen and a barbecue outside possible. 4 toilets with 3 showers and a good view from the 3rd floor. Multiple terraces and a pool gives a complets the well equipped villa.
  There are 2 parking lots in the garage, and fast access to the highway, but not too close to get anoyed by the noise.

  Location was good, view is amazing, good for a group of friends.

  There was amazing views from all of the bedrooms. We had plenty of space between 7 of us as the property was on three floors.The garage was really useful to keep our hire car in, and safe, and the outside area was adequate for our needs. The kitchen had everything we needed, and so useful to have a washing machine and dishwasher.
  The place was spotlessly clean, and it was very comfortable. Bus stop just up the road, and taxi company we used (Nichollas) was excellent – very cheap. Lots of great bars and restaurants no more than 10 minute walk, and an exellent supermarket 1 mile away. We Loved the Italian restaurant El Dablito – great food, and staff, and the mini supermarket for fresh bread mo more than 5 minute walk away. In Puerto Molly Malones was an excellent place for a fun night; food at Regularo was very good with gorgeous wines, and Xauen was fab for a birthday celebration. We hired bikes from Miro rent which was very good value for money. A visit to Mount Teidi is a must! Our host was very tolerant when a neighbour complained of our noise in the early hours, and he was very understanding after we apologised. Thank you Miguel

  Pool, view to ocean, beautiful kitchen, very nice host and good connection to him, location near the mini market and cosy restaurant.

  Spacious, well equipted, wonderful view from terrace and balconies, garage for two cars. Owner even left pool toys for kids to play. Owner needed to fix something with a pool, so he needed to enter vila, je arramged time comforgtable for us, not to disturb our privacy.
