  Everything! The staff were extraordinary – really. The villa was heavenly and the las villas pool so gorgeous. Nothing was too much to ask. And so prompt. You genuinely feel like they want you to have a great time. We even got silk bedding which was part of a sheet and pillow menu with a dozen or so options. The bath was MASSIVE and like a little indoor pool. The villa pool was just perfect. And oh, the mattress… luxury!!

  I tried many of times to change my booking to the 19th July even spoken to the hotel who told me they had accepted it , then on arrival I was charged to my original date of a cost around £2000.00 . I’m still trying to get the money back now not happy at all it’s a lot of money to lose so I won’t be going back – shame as the place is a good 8 but I feel I’ve been ripped off

  Wspaniała obsługa, pobyt zdecydowanie umila bardzo profesjonalny i przeszkolony zespół. Śniadania dzięki Dolores, Laurze, Marii i Pani Menadżer były dodatkową atrakcją i rozrywką. Podróżowaliśmy z niemowlakiem i każdy z pracownik hotelu, z którym się stykaliśmy dbał o jego maksymalny komfort. Podziękowania dla Hilary z recepcji, która każdą prośbę spełniała dosłownie od ręki. Ville są piękne, hotel świetnie położony, jedzenie doskonałe, a na terenie znajdują się fantastyczne restauracje z gwiazdkami, natomiast to pracownicy sprawili, ze nasz pobyt był tak wyjątkowy, że przedłużyliśmy go o 4 dni.
