Look, I’ve stayed in a lot of places in Costa Adeje, and honestly? This apartment caught me off guard in the best way possible. When you first pull up to Calle Suecia 11 in the Holiday Valley complex, it doesn’t scream luxury from the outside – it’s actually pretty understated, which I mean, that’s kind of refreshing when you’re used to all the flashy resort marketing around here. But once you get inside, you realize they’ve put the money where it actually matters.

The apartment itself is spacious in a way that makes you want to just… exhale, you know? I’m talking about real room to spread out, not those cramped hotel boxes where you’re bumping into furniture every five minutes. The kitchen is properly equipped too – and I say this as someone who’s been disappointed by too many “kitchenettes” that barely have a working can opener. You can actually cook here if you want to save some euros or just need a proper cup of coffee first thing in the morning. The balcony situation is solid, and depending on which unit you get, you’ll have decent views toward the coast. Nothing Instagram-crazy, but pleasant enough for your morning coffee ritual.

What really sold me on this place is the location specifics that most people don’t think about until they’re there. You’re tucked into this residential pocket that feels authentically local – there’s a small supermarket literally two minutes on foot, and the bus stop for the 711 line is right there if you want to hop over to Playa de las Américas without dealing with parking. Speaking of parking, there’s actually space for your rental car, which… trust me, that’s not always a given in this area. The beach access is about a seven-minute walk down to Playa del Duque, and honestly, that’s one of the better stretches of sand on this part of the island – less crowded than the main tourist strips but still with decent facilities.

The whole complex stays pretty quiet, even during peak season. I was there in July (definitely not the smartest timing budget-wise, but work schedules, right?), and while the bigger resorts nearby were absolutely packed, this felt like a little oasis. The check-in was straightforward – none of that resort desk drama where you’re standing in line for twenty minutes. One thing I’ll mention is that the Wi-Fi actually works properly, which sounds basic but you’d be surprised how many places still struggle with this. The air conditioning keeps up with the Canary Islands heat, and the beds are comfortable enough that you won’t wake up feeling like you wrestled with a mattress all night. It’s the kind of place where you can settle in for a few days and actually feel like you’re living somewhere, not just passing through.

  Great place and location was perfect for us, it’s about a 15 minute walk to the beach. Pool was fab. Balcony is a great size and gets the sun pretty much all day. The host, Valentina, is lovely and was very accommodating for our travel times.

  Loved the layout, decor, facilities, welcome pack. We ate at the apartment and even washed our clothes.

  Hi, the place is so nice! 🙂 It is clean, the terrace is beautiful and there is also a lot of kitchen supplies and a washing machine. It is close to shops and Siam Park. The pool was clean and we had it for ourselves most of the time.

  Good value for money, great location close to Siam Park. Onsite pool was lovely, very clean and Luca was very welcoming and was very helpful.
  
  What could be improved: There was only one, very slight downside and that was that the sofa bed wasn't the comfiest. The main bedroom bed was fine, very comfortable.
  Everything else was fine and even when we asked for an extra fan for the bedroom, Luca dropped one off the day after!

  Access to the swimming pool on the site was great, kids love it. Near restaurants feed us well.
  
  What could be improved: Perhaps an extra slide to the pool will do the job better. those steps up and down each time you want to go sightseeing was killing. but thanks to it I lose some extra weight.

  Alojamiento ideal para pasar las vacaciones. La terraza es amplia y estuvimos desayunando y cenando ahí todos los días. Cocina muy completa con todos los utensilios necesarios. Baño amplio y cómodo todo súper limpio. La cama es muy cómoda y a pesar de que el piso no tiene aire acondicionado no hemos pasado nada de calor (tiene un ventilador portátil por si acaso). La piscina es perfecta y hay muy buenas vistas. Valentina súper simpática, agradable y servicial, lo recomendamos 100%. Volveríamos sin duda.
  
  What could be improved: Solo como información, la urbanización tiene muchas escaleras. Huéspedes que venga con personas de movilidad reducida lo tienen complicado. Necesitas coche para ir a la playa o hacer la compra ya que la urbanización está en lo alto de la cuesta. Puedes ir andando pero tardarás un poco y subiendo y bajando cuestas.

  Mi estadía en este apartamento fue excelente desde el primer momento. El anfitrión fue increíblemente atento y servicial, asegurándose de que todo estuviera perfecto y proporcionando valiosos consejos sobre la zona.
  
  El apartamento es impecable, con una decoración moderna y elegante que lo hace sentir tanto acogedor como lujoso. La cama es muy cómoda, garantizando un descanso reparador, y la cocina está totalmente equipada. Además, las vistas desde el apartamento son encantadoras y añaden un toque especial a cada mañana.
  
  La ubicación es ideal, en una zona tranquila pero a la vez céntrica. Estar tan cerca de restaurantes, tiendas y las principales atracciones turísticas hizo que mi estancia fuera muy cómoda. El acceso al transporte público también fue fácil y conveniente.
  
  En resumen, recomiendo este apartamento sin reservas. La combinación de un espacio de primera, excelente ubicación y atención excepcional hizo que mi estancia fuera inolvidable.
