  Extremely kind staff who provided us with detailed instructions on how to easily access the apartment. The accommodation is easy to reach from the main road, and the garage space is part of the building (a big plus for those arriving with a rental car, like us, which is why we chose this place). The apartment is spacious, larger than it appears in the photos, and excellently and modernly equipped. The beds are comfortable, and there are two bathrooms, which is a great advantage. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the pool and the volcano, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Highly recommended, and we hope to come back again.

  My husband and I spent 16 days here in December 2023. We are regular visitors to Puerto de la Cruz, but this was our first stay at this apartment. We loved the location: we prefer not to be in the centre of Puerto, this area is much quieter and yet still within walking distance of the town centre. The apartment is spacious, with a large living/dining area, 2 good sized double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and a terrace that got sun all afternoon. The furniture was all comfortable and in a good state of repair. The agent we booked through (Macaronesian rentals) were excellent both prior to and during our stay. They were quick to respond to some queries I had before departure and also resolved some issues we had on arrival (boiler not producing hot water and no change of bedding provided initially). Excellent customer service from them! We would be more than happy to return here.

  Great place for two couples. You will have a private place and separate bathrooms. Both bedrooms have great views. From one of the bedrooms you can see the Teide volcano and the pool, from the other the city and the ocean. Incredible balcony where you can spend evenings and have dinners.
  
  The apartment has absolutely everything you might need. There is underground parking, but you can often park on the street.
  
  Not far from night life, but at the same time very quiet. Very friendly and responsible staff who helped very quickly.

  The apartment is a good size for a family or two couples, complete with appliances and a washing machine. The balcony is enjoyable, as is the pool and pool area. The kitchen is quite well-equipped.
