  Everything was great! The apartment was very clean, in a perfect location, and just 3-4 minutes from the beach. Great value for money, and we had a wonderful stay. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

  Property very clean and tidy on arrival.
  Nice TVs, not only in living room but also in each bedroom.
  Large fridge freezer, well equipped kitchen.
  Well stocked first aid cabinet (we needed it as I had a bad fall when out jogging).
  Great to have 3 beds.
  Comfy sofa.
  Nice that there was welcome water, coffee and wine (tea would have by good too!).
  Generally very spacious.
  Good wi-fi.
  Location fantastic – right next to bars, restaurants and small supermarkets (but nice and quiet after 10pm).

  Host responded pretty quickly to my messages, but from her replies clearly didn't always understand them, so could do with copy-pasting into Google Translate!

  The apartment is in one of the top 5 location in Tenerife. Next to the best beach in the Island (walking distance), and very good starting point for different excursions. The only problem is that there is very little supply of apartments in the village so we were happy to find one available. We were even more happy when it tuned out that it was right in the middle of the old town of San Andres. As the apartment was recently renovated, is was very cosy to stay (nice bathroom, well equipped kitchen (dishwasher, etc.)). What was really appreciated was that all needed amenities were there (not just basic ones) so we did not have to rush to the supermarket (which is unfortunately a standard of many apartments we have visited in the past). The only think that one might not like was that windows were only on the inside of the building. But this was not an issue, and it was more quiet because of this. Parking in the area is easy to find and is free. To summarise, fantastic apartment in magnificient location. We will be there back soon.
