Look, I’ve stayed in plenty of places in the Canary Islands, but Sunnyland atico cruz on Calle Cruz really caught me off guard – in the best possible way. When you first walk up to number 33, it doesn’t scream luxury or anything, but honestly? That’s part of what makes it so genuine. You’re right in the heart of San Andrés, and I mean literally a few minutes’ walk from where the locals actually hang out, not just the tourist strips. The woman at check-in knew exactly which restaurants to avoid (tourist traps) and which tiny bar serves the best local wine – you know, the kind of insider knowledge you can’t Google.

What really got me was the attention to detail that you only notice after you’ve been there a day or two. The room setup is smart without being showy, and whoever designed this place actually thought about how people live, not just how spaces photograph. The terrace situation is honestly incredible – you get these views that make you understand why people fall in love with the Canaries, but it’s not crowded or overdone. Early mornings up there with coffee, you can hear the town waking up below, which sounds cheesy but it’s actually pretty magical. The building itself has this solid, authentic feel that a lot of newer places lack. You know what I mean? It feels like it belongs here, not like it was dropped in from some corporate hotel playbook.

I’ll be straight with you – the area can get lively on weekend evenings (Spanish lively, which means it goes late), but the rooms are well-insulated so it’s not a problem unless you’re trying to sleep with windows open. Parking isn’t terrible if you know the neighborhood, though I’d ask them about it when you book. The 9.8 rating makes sense once you’re there for a few days. It’s not just one big thing that impresses you, it’s all these small touches that show someone actually cares about the place. The staff genuinely seems to like working there, which – trust me – you can always tell. They’ll remember your name, ask how your day trips went, that sort of thing. It’s the kind of place where you start planning your next visit before you’ve even checked out, which honestly doesn’t happen to me very often anymore.

  Das apartment war super schön und sehr sauber! und komfortabel. Es gab alles was man benötigt.
  Süße Lage in einem kleinen Süßen Ort. Man kommt super ubd günstig mit dem Bus in die Stadt santa cruz. Der Strand ist auch schön.
  Es gab Waschmittel, Kaffeepads, Duschzeug…alles vorhanden für ein paar 2-3 Tage.

  Süsse Terrasse. Einchecken super easy. Die Schlüsselkästen waren super ! Man musste so nie den Schlüssel mitnehmen. Supermärkte in direkter laufnähe, ebenfalls ein Bäcker schräg gegenüber. Kinder 5+10 fanden es auch super.

  El alojamiento es excepcional. Muy cómodo, limpio y luminoso. Viajamos 3 adultos y 3 niños y estuvimos muy a gusto.
  San Andrés es un lugar perfecto si quieres combinar excursiones y playa. Tenerife una isla preciosa.

  Das Quartier ist top. Die Lage auch. Sauber. Hell.
  Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, E-Herd, Espressokocher, Teekocher, Stabmixer, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank und Tiefkühler, sogar scharfe Messer und Schneidbrett sind für uns, die wir als Selbstversorger organisiert waren, sehr hilfreich.
  Handtücher, Bettzeug, Strandtücher, erste Reinigungs-Tabs für die Geräte, … alles wohl vorbereitet.
  
  Ein Fest in den Straßen von San Andres und ein Baby aus der Nachbarschaft, das sich nächtens manchmal bemerkbar gemacht hat, haben es mit sich gebracht, dass die nächtliche Ruhe nicht durchgehend gegeben war. Wer Ruhe sucht, der sollte sich das Quartier nicht mitten in einer Stadt suchen. – Dafür haben wir mehrmals zu Mittag einem spanischen Gitarrenspieler lauschen können, der im nahegelegenen Restaurant muziert hat.
  
  Die Pizzaria gegenüber, der Strand in Gehweite, auch jede Menge Gratisparkplätze beim Strand machen dieses Quartier zu einem feinen Ort, an dem wir es wochenlang aushalten hätten können. 🙂
  
  Das Quartier ist im ersten Stock. Die wunderbare Terasse mit Sitzgarnitur und Hängesessel im 2. Stock. Also nichts für Gehbehinderte. Für uns voll ok.
  
  Eine Klimaanlage ist nicht vorhanden. Auf Bitte haben wir jedoch unverzüglich von der Vermierterin einen weiteren Ventilator zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen. Wir haben in der Nacht, da ist es durch die Bergwinde angenehm kühl, das Appartment "quer"-gelüftet und tagsüber die Fenster eher verschlossen gehaltene. Natürlich war es immer noch deutlich wärmer, als bei uns zu Hause in Österreich, doch hat das unseren Erwartungen entsprochen … bei einem Urlaub im Süden.
  
  Dankbar für die schöne Zeit in San Andres und für das wunderbare Quartier vergeben wir gerne die Bestnote.

  Nous avons aimé la proximité des commerces, la plage, et le petit village dans lequel est placé l'appartement. L'appartement est magnifique et la terrasse en haut, est un havre de paix.

  Lokalizacja przy uliczce starego miasta. Nowoczesne, wygodne wyposażenie apartamentu. Bardzo blisko świetna restauracja. Blisko, w zasięgu krótkiego spaceru duży parking i rozległa, piaszczysta plaża.
