So I stumbled across Spring Studio while looking for something off the beaten path in Costa del Silencio – and honestly, I’m kind of glad this place isn’t plastered all over the main booking sites because it feels like a genuine find. The location on Avenida Jose Antonio Tavio is actually perfect if you know the area; you’re tucked away from the tourist chaos but still close enough to walk to those little family-run restaurants that locals actually eat at. I mean, you won’t find crowds of tour buses here, which is exactly why that 9.5 rating makes sense.

What struck me first was how the owners – and I’m pretty sure they live nearby because I kept seeing the same friendly guy who clearly knew every guest’s name – have managed to create this relaxed studio vibe without feeling cramped or budget-y. The spaces are thoughtfully designed, you know? Like someone actually considered how you’d move around the room with a suitcase, where you’d want to sit with your morning coffee, that sort of thing. The whole setup feels more like staying at a design-savvy friend’s place than a typical 3-star hotel. And the soundproofing is surprisingly good – Costa del Silencio lives up to its name here, but even so, I barely heard my neighbors.

Here’s what I really appreciated: the check-in process was refreshingly human. No rushing you through a script, just genuine recommendations about where to grab the best seafood (there’s this tiny place about five minutes walk away that doesn’t even have a proper sign), when to avoid the main beach areas, that kind of insider knowledge you can’t get from TripAdvisor. The parking situation is way better than most places in this part of Tenerife – actually, you’ll probably find a spot without circling the block three times, which anyone who’s driven around here during peak season will tell you is basically a miracle. I stayed during what I thought was a quiet period in early October, but apparently that’s when a lot of Spanish families come down, so the whole neighborhood had this lovely lived-in feeling rather than that slightly eerie tourist-town emptiness you get sometimes.

The studio itself had those little touches that show someone’s actually thinking about the guest experience – decent lighting for reading, enough outlets in sensible places, a proper shower with water pressure that doesn’t make you question your life choices. Nothing fancy, but everything works properly, which is honestly more than you can say for a lot of places twice the price. And the whole property has this calm, almost residential feel that makes it easy to imagine actually living here for a while rather than just passing through.

Look, if you’re expecting pool parties and animation teams, this isn’t your spot. But if you want a genuinely comfortable base for exploring this quieter corner of Tenerife – and I mean really exploring, not just hitting the obvious tourist spots – Spring Studio gets it right in a way that feels authentic rather than manufactured.

  appartamento nuovo, internamente ristruttorato di recente, esternamente il complesso è datato, tutti gli elettromestici a disposizione sono nuovissimi, vicino al parcheggio publico, non asfaltato, ma sempre con disponibilità, servito anche dalla linea 468 per los cristiano e las americas, supermarket DINO a 400 m. ma un altro più piccolo sotto casa con bar e ristoranti.che consiglio vivamente (tipo 360 e altri accanto a questo ecc.) consiglio ristorante da roses, sulla strada per arrivare a los silensio

  Todo muy limpio prácticamente a estrenar, el piso es muy tranquilo y esta muy bien ubicado.
  Nos atendio Melania que es un encanto de persona que también es muy flexible con los horarios de entrada y salida, supuestamente regresaré a este piso para otras vacaciones.

  Podobało mi się wszystko. Apartament jest idealny dla jednej bądź dwóch osób. Było bardzo czysto. Na miejscu jest wszystko by przygotować normalny, ciepły posiłek. Naprawdę polecam, byłam 4 noce i chętnie wrócę ponownie. Melania była bardzo miła, wszystko mi wytłumaczyła i była pod telefonem jeśli czegoś bym potrzebowała.
