You know what hit me first when I walked into this place on Calle la Vereda? The light. I mean, I’ve stayed in plenty of “sea view” spots that technically face the ocean but somehow feel dark and cramped, but this studio actually delivers on that “stunning views” promise. The whole front wall is basically windows, and when you’re looking out over the Atlantic from Santa Cruz, well—it’s pretty hard to mess that up.

The location is honestly perfect if you want to feel like you’re staying somewhere locals might actually live, not just another tourist trap. Calle la Vereda isn’t one of those streets you’ll find in guidebooks, but it’s close enough to the action that you can walk to the city center without planning your whole day around it. I grabbed coffee most mornings at this little place around the corner (the owner doesn’t speak much English but makes incredible cortados), and there’s a small market about five minutes away where you can actually buy groceries without paying resort prices. The building itself is pretty typical for this part of Tenerife—nothing fancy from the outside, but the studio is spacious enough that you’re not tripping over your suitcase every time you want to open the fridge.

What really makes this place work is the attention to practical details that matter when you’re actually living somewhere for a few days. The kitchen setup is thoughtful—not just a mini-fridge and a prayer, but actual counter space and cookware that isn’t completely terrible. The bed faces those big windows, so you wake up to ocean views every morning, though you’ll want to invest in the blackout curtains if you’re sensitive to light. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward, and parking (if you’re brave enough to drive in Santa Cruz) is street parking but not impossible to find. The 9.2 rating makes sense once you’ve been there a few days—it’s not luxury, but it’s honest and comfortable, and the view really is as good as the photos suggest. During the week it’s pretty quiet, though weekends can get a bit livelier with locals heading to the waterfront areas nearby. If you’re looking for a place that feels authentic to Tenerife rather than like a generic vacation rental, this studio gets it right.

  Our task was to explore the maximum sights of the island in a short time, as the vacation was only 10 days. Therefore, we stayed in different locations for the same day, but when we arrived at these apartments, we did not want to leave at all, a beautiful view, a beautiful apartment that has everything you need, I first encountered such attention to detail, there was even a sunscreen, the dream was the best in my life to the sounds of the ocean, despite the fact that I am a military man and have trouble sleeping. We checked out a little later and there were no problems with it, there is a beach with black sand nearby, thank you very much for the wonderful conditions

  the beginning of our booking being on touch all the time. It was an amazing surprise that she welcome us with beautiful presents like Snacks, some bread, butter and cheese and a bottle of home made sangria! The place is beautiful it self, is front sea so you can hear and feel the ocean. Brand new apartment, with everything to cook and relax. Decoration, bed lines, everything is wonderful. I would recommend 100% and I will comeback for sure. Again, thanks Christelle and her brother for everything that you did for our best experience ever!
