  True 4star hotel, pleasant stuff, good rooms and meal. Perfect location, hotel is next to beach with black sand and also 10 min walk to city center. LORO PARK is only 15 min by foot.

  A good hotel with an excellent breakfast. The property is spotless clean. It's very close to the beach, but just keep in mind that at least in February 2025 it was impossible to swim in any beach in Puerto de la Cruz except one rocky one 2 km from this hotel.
