Look, I’ll be honest – when I first rolled up to SEAVIEW Beach “LAS VISTAS” on Calle Nordica, I wasn’t expecting much from a 3-star place. But you know what? This little gem completely caught me off guard, and now I get why it’s sitting pretty at a 9.1 rating.

The thing about this spot is that it’s tucked away just enough to feel like you’ve discovered something, but you’re still right in the heart of Arona – which, if you know this area, means you’re perfectly positioned without being stuck in the madness of the main tourist strips. I mean, you can actually walk to the beach without dodging tour buses every five minutes, and there’s this great little tapas place just around the corner that the hotel guy mentioned (honestly, some of the best patatas bravas I had on the whole trip). The rooms are clean and comfortable – nothing fancy, but the beds are actually decent and the air conditioning works, which is more than I can say for some pricier places I’ve stayed. What really sold me though was stepping out onto the balcony that first morning. The sea views aren’t just marketing fluff – you genuinely get these gorgeous glimpses of the coastline, especially from the higher floors, and the way the light hits the water around sunset is pretty spectacular.

The staff here actually seem to care, which is refreshing. Check-in was smooth, they helped sort out some confusion with my rental car parking (there’s street parking nearby, but it fills up fast during peak season), and the front desk guy gave me solid recommendations that weren’t just the obvious tourist traps. The breakfast is simple but fresh – proper Spanish coffee, local fruits, and none of that weird processed stuff you sometimes get at hotels trying too hard. One thing to note though – if you’re a super light sleeper, maybe ask for a room facing away from the street side since Calle Nordica can get a bit lively in the evenings, especially on weekends. But honestly, it’s more charming neighborhood sounds than actual noise pollution. The location really is the winning factor here – you’re close enough to everything that matters (the beach, decent restaurants, shops), but far enough from the chaos that you can actually relax. Plus, the bus connections are solid if you want to explore other parts of Tenerife without dealing with rental car headaches. For a 3-star hotel, this place punches way above its weight, and I’d definitely stay here again.

  I liked the location the most – right on the ocean shore with everything you need nearby, restaurants, shops, public transport, a supermarket etc. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need – hair dryer, iron, all kitchen utensils etc. Highly recommend!

  Stayed with my 9 year old and it was the perfect location. Bars, beach, shops and restaurants all within a 2 min walk. Such good value for money compared to other properties in the area. Would stay again!

  Fikk enkelt kontakt med verten på WhatsApp, og fant enkelt veien til leiligheten etter at vi fikk tilsendt bilder fra henne. Overraskende velutstyrt og skinnende rent. Flott område med eget basseng og noen få meter til nærmeste restaurant og Vista-stranden.
