  Central location, close proximity to great restaurants and attractions. Fernando the host is excellent, checking in regularly to make sure we were OK and gave some great advice. The apartment itself is very clean, well organised with everything you could possibly need.

  The apartment is newly renovated and in a perfect location. Take the elevator from the sixth floor and you are right in the center. The apartment was very clean and the host Jaime were very helpful.

  The apartments are great and in a wonderful location – on a pedestrian street where you can have dinner in a different cafe every time. We found everything we needed in the apartment. The two of us didn't fit in the tiny elevator with our suitcases, but that only made us laugh. The terrace on the eighth floor was a wonderful place to spend the evenings. Good communication with the host on WhatsApp. I would come back again and recommend this apartment to others.

  Having stayed in a few different apartments in Santa Cruz I can definitely say this is the best. The location is excellent, in the centre of the capital on an attractive tree lined avenue just off the main shopping area and a nearby park, convenient for everything we wanted and an easy walk to the nearest tram stop. The apartment itself is bright, airy, modern, clean, tastefully decorated and well equipped (including air conditioning, a washing machine, good size walk-in shower, large wall mounted tv with access to Netflix, and Wi-Fi) The lower floors consist of offices so the building was quiet and we heard and saw no one passing our apartment which is on the 6th floor. There is a fantastic, spacious and well furnished roof terrace with views down to the Tenerife Auditorium, across the city to the historic mercado Ntra. Señora de África and the mountains behind. There is a small lift a few steps up from the main entrance. Our host Jaime was welcoming, attentive but not intrusive, and able to give us all the local information we needed. Have already booked to stay here on our next visit!
