You know what struck me first about Rosamar 211? The elevator ride up – yeah, I know that sounds weird, but hear me out. There’s this anticipation building as you go up, and then you walk into the apartment and BAM, there’s Los Cristianos spread out below you like someone laid out a postcard. The ocean views aren’t just a marketing gimmick here; they’re actually spectacular, especially from that little balcony where I ended up having my morning coffee every single day.

The location on Calle el Coronel is honestly perfect if you want to feel like you’re living in Los Cristianos rather than just visiting it. You’re close enough to hear the gentle hum of the town waking up – but not so close that you’re dealing with late-night party noise from the beachfront bars. I mean, you can walk to Playa de Los Cristianos in about five minutes, maybe seven if you’re dragging beach gear, and there’s this little supermarket just around the corner that locals actually use (not one of those tourist traps with inflated prices). The apartment itself feels properly lived-in, not sterile like some hotel rooms – there’s actual character here, with that slightly weathered but comfortable vibe that makes you want to stay longer than planned.

What really won me over though was the practical stuff that nobody talks about in those glossy travel photos. The Wi-Fi actually works reliably – crucial when you’re trying to upload those sunset shots to make your friends jealous. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to grab some fresh fish from the local market and cook it yourself, which honestly beats restaurant prices when you’re staying for more than a couple nights. Parking can be a bit tricky in this area (welcome to Tenerife), but the building has arrangements that make it manageable. The whole place just feels authentic – you’re staying where Spanish families might actually vacation, not in some international hotel chain bubble. With that 8.9 rating, you’d expect it to be good, but it’s the little touches that push it over the edge: the way the afternoon light hits the living room, how you can actually open the windows to let in that ocean breeze, the fact that your neighbors might be a German couple on one side and a local family on the other. It’s Los Cristianos as it’s meant to be experienced.

  Alicia met me with the keys upon arrival. She was very helpful. The location is very good just a few metres from the beach and the promenade. The apartment was nice and bright with plenty of sunlight. There is a clothes washing machine inside the press at the entrance, there was enough warm water in the shower, a smart TV in both the living room and bedroom. Plenty of kitchen utensils including an induction hob with proper induction saucepans etc.
  
  What could be improved: This is not a problem with the apartment itself but they collect the rubbish from the square area near the apartment multiple times every night, as in one truck collects the glass bottles, another collects the recycling material and another collects the general waste EVERY night which means you get woken up multiple times during the night.
  The only issue with the apartment itself was that it was very difficult to lock the balcony door at night time. However, these were the only two issues and it is a very nice apartment and I would stay there again.

  Location, close to coast, restaurants, Balcony to sit and view the sunset with a glass of wine – Quite location.
  
  What could be improved: Overall the apartment seems to be well equipped, even though we didn’t use the cooking or washing facilities. Only problem there was only one wine glass and the two other glasses seemed to have been left by previous guests – few plastic shot glasses!!

  Absolutely everything. The lady was so lovely and inviting and polite. Her property was clean, fresh has all essentials and is just very very nice . Up to date tv with everything needed (if you need the tv).

  Easy access from airport bus. Good location to get to restaurants and beaches. Nice modern apartment well equipt.
  
  We found Playa del Camison was the nicest beach which was a short but pleasant walk along the promenade each day. Restaurants in Los Christianos were typically better value and more of them to choose from.

  Rosamar 211 has everything you could want for a stay in Los Cristianos, it's clean and tidy , the internet access is fast and reliable, there are 2 smart tvs to use, the furniture is comfortable and it's convenient for all the local attractions. Alicia the host was very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended

  INCREDIBLE price, location close to the Los Cristianos beachfront area. Comfortable living area, great shower. Definitely go to the grocery store immediately next door, pick up some supplies for bocadillos, and have breakfast on the balcony in the mornings!
  
  What could be improved: Lack of supplies. The body wash and conditioner were empty, so we used the shampoo for everything. Only 1 roll each of toilet paper and paper towels. Only a couple mismatched drinking glasses in the cabinet.
