You know what? I wasn’t expecting much when I first walked up to Rentaliday Vip Rooms on Calle Manuel Bello Ramos – honestly, the name made me think it might be one of those overhyped places that promise the world and deliver a saggy mattress. But I was actually pleasantly surprised. The building sits on this quiet residential street in Adeje, about a 10-minute walk from the main Costa Adeje hub where all the tourist chaos happens. It’s sort of tucked away, which I loved because you get that authentic Spanish neighborhood vibe without being completely isolated from everything.
The rooms themselves are clean and well-maintained – not luxury by any means, but everything works and there’s clearly been some recent updating. The air conditioning is decent (crucial in Tenerife summers, trust me), and the beds are comfortable enough that I actually slept well, which doesn’t always happen when I travel. What really impressed me was how quiet it stays at night. I mean, you’re in a residential area so you might hear the occasional dog or late-night conversation from the street, but nothing like the party noise you’d get closer to the Playa de las Américas strip. The Wi-Fi is solid too – I was able to work from the room without wanting to throw my laptop out the window.
Here’s the thing about the location that really works: you’re about a 15-minute walk to some fantastic local restaurants that tourists never find. There’s this little family-run place called Casa Pedro just a few streets over where they do the best papas arrugadas I’ve had on the island. And if you want beaches, Playa del Duque is maybe 20 minutes on foot, or you can catch the bus right from the corner – the stop is literally 50 meters away. Parking can be a bit tricky if you rent a car (the streets are narrow and Spanish parking is… well, it’s an adventure), but there’s usually something available if you’re patient. The staff speaks decent English and Spanish obviously, and they’re genuinely helpful – not just going through the motions like at some places. Check-in was smooth, and they actually gave me useful recommendations for hiking trails in the area rather than just pushing expensive tourist excursions. For a 3-star place with an 8.2 rating, it delivers exactly what it promises without any nasty surprises.

The decor the beds plenty of towels and good apartment with hand soap a bottle of water in the fridge near a supermarket and 2 bars and resfaurants host was helful check in ok
What could be improved: There was a coffee machine that we had no clue how to use
There was a roll up found on the floor plus some hair so dont think the cleaner was that grreat to be honest.
The location is near mountains hardly anything there.

What could be improved: No sound proofing , although this didn’t overly cause a problem for us as it tended to be people going to work and the occasional dog barking.
The apartment is in Adeje , not Costa Adeje , which is the tourist area . We did walk down in to Costa Adeje but we didn’t walk back as it’s uphill all the way ! (3.5 miles). However there is a good , cheap bus service .

The apartment is nice, spacious with two bedrooms, we liked it a lot.

All generally good. Easy to find centrally located in Adeje. Nearby supermarket. Short walk to restaurants. Parking reasonably ok although on one occasion needed a short walk.

A good option for a holiday on Costa Adeje at a good price. Nice location, very convenient and quick check-in and check-out.. The apartment has everything you need for living. There is public parking..

Das Appartement war sehr sauber! Alle Elektogeräte haben super funktioniert.
Alles was man benötigt, war wie beschrieben vorhanden und in einem sehr guten Zustand.
Alles mit Auto und Bus super erreichbar.
