  Location, location, location. On the boardwalk, so close to everything. We did not have a car and this was ideal.
  The beaches (several in walking distance), the surfers, the sun sets…
  How easy it was to communicate with the office and staff. They were amazing to work with.
  The duplex is very spacious and very well equipped.
  The terraces and balconies are private and very convenient to enjoy the lovely weather outdoors.

  we stayed as a family of 5 adults. the apartment was perfect for our needs, the fact that we had 2 birthday events over our stay which Shari & Kerka had decorated it in advance, was greatly apricated on arrival. there's 3 different out door areas which can be used all day for sunbathing & its also very close to the communal pool area. there's all you would need in the kitchen.

  The villa itself that myself and my family stayed in was stunning, it suited every need we had, the kitchen was fantastic and well equipped for literally anything you needed, the rooms are all large clean and spacious, had a lovely family feel aswell, really welcoming, the garden area was wonderful for outdoor dining with shade covering aswell for children , just lovely, and the outdoor sea view from the bedroom balconys were beautiful, it's all gated and we felt very safe there, the staff welcomed us literally with open arms , she was so helpful kind polite and friendly, there at the end of the phone if we needed anything, just what you need when you have a big family and need a point of contact , we will definitely be going back and I can highly recommend this beautiful villa and complex 100 percent, the pool is beautiful aswell, large and kept so clean, pretty flowers around the whole grounds , and super gates that lead you straight on to the sea front , we had a fantastic holiday and wish we had booked for longer, THANKYOU

  It was a beautiful villa, set in a peaceful complex, yet still in the heart of the action. The pool was amazing, pool bar had lovely food and gorgeous grounds. The villa had all mod cons, comfortable beds and everything we needed.
