  Obiekt położony w fenomenalnej lokalizacji- blisko do morza, w centrum miasta, blisko do restauracji, sklepów, supermarketu, piekarnia piętro niżej i darmowy pociąg do Loro Parque zaraz obok. Mieszkanie bardzo czyste, przyjemne ze wszystkimi udogodnieniami i wyposażeniem. Łóżka wygodne i duże, możliwość łóżeczka turystycznego z pościelą dla niemowlaka. Gospodyni niezwykle kontaktowa i sympatyczna, gotowa pomóc we wszystkim.

  Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet mit praktischen Geräten wie einer Waschmaschine und einer Spülmaschine.
  • Die Küchenausstattung ist ausreichend: Es gibt Geschirr, Seife und verschiedene Küchengeräte wie eine Kaffeemaschine, einen Toaster, einen Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach, eine Mikrowelle und eine Dunstabzugshaube.
  • Es gibt viele Steckdosen in der Wohnung, was für die Nutzung von Geräten praktisch ist.
  • Die Nähe zu Sehenswürdigkeiten ist ein weiterer Vorteil der Wohnung.
  • Die anderen Bewohner des Hauses waren freundlich und ruhig.
  • Der Vermieter war anfangs höflich, jedoch gab es kaum Informationen. Alles, von der Schlüsselübergabe über Müllentsorgung bis zum WLAN-Passwort, musste aktiv nachgefragt werden.
  • Die Wohnung war zu Weihnachten ein wenig geschmückt, was eine angenehme Atmosphäre geschaffen hat.
