Look, I’ve stayed at a lot of beachfront places, and honestly? RADAZUL SEAFRONT 33 caught me off guard in the best way possible. You know how most hotels claim to be “seafront” but you’re actually squinting through some trees to catch a glimpse of water? Not here. Step out onto Avenida Colón and you’re literally right there – the Atlantic is basically lapping at your doorstep, and I mean that almost literally.

The thing about Radazul is that it’s not your typical Tenerife tourist trap. Most people rush off to the southern beaches or get stuck in the chaos around Santa Cruz, but this little stretch of coastline has this… I don’t know, authentic vibe? The hotel sits perfectly positioned where you can actually hear the waves from your room (and trust me, it’s the good kind of ocean sound, not that distant highway rumble some places try to pass off as “ocean views”). What really sold me was walking out in the morning and seeing actual locals doing their daily swim routines in the natural pools just steps away – you know you’ve found something real when the people who live there choose to spend their time in the same spot.

The 4-star rating feels spot-on, though honestly, the 8.7 guest rating might be underselling it a bit. The rooms are clean and comfortable without being fancy-pants pretentious, and the staff – well, they actually seem to know the area beyond the standard tourist script. When I asked about good local spots for dinner, the front desk guy didn’t just hand me a brochure, he started telling me about this family place up the hill that his grandmother used to take him to. That’s the kind of detail that makes a difference. The only minor thing I’d mention is that parking can get a bit tight during peak season (summer weekends especially), but honestly, once you’re settled in, you might not want to drive anywhere anyway. The whole point of staying here is that you’re right where you want to be – close enough to explore the rest of the island if you want, but far enough from the madness to actually relax. Plus, there’s something pretty magical about having your morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the ocean, knowing you don’t have to fight crowds or walk twenty minutes just to touch the water.

  The Apartment location is perfect ! It’s located in front of the beach on the 7th floor and it had it’s own garage, from the balcony you have a beautiful view of the beach. We enjoyed eating breakfast with the sunrise and fresh air in the balcony. The Apartment is spacious good for group or family. It in very very clean and had all the amenities. From towel, soap, cleaning and washing detergents, spices in the kitchen, cooking utensils everything was there.Downstairs is a scuba diving Club and a small supermarket. You can just go downstairs with your towel and lay or swim in beach in front. 5 mins walk to the right is a rocky beach. 5 mins walk to the left is a small park and a beach with black sand. We were there in December so it was just few people and really quiet in the area. The tenants was very helpful. Jarek already helped us and answered all our questions before and after arrival. Check-in and Check-out run smoothly, we arrived earlier as expected but we were allowed to check-in earlier. Izabella was always reachable whenever we had questions. They even left us wine on the table. We recommend you to rent a car to go around the Island but there is also a Bus Station 4 mins from the apartment. We had a nice stay and definitely recommend this apartment

  En general todo, desde el trato por parte del anfitrión y la buena explicación para poder acceder tanto al edificio como al apartamento.
  La ubicación, tan cercana en nuestro caso por los trabajos que se iban a realizar por la zona.
  La limpieza, comodidad de las camas y no faltaba absolutamente nada, completo en productos de limpieza y enseres en la vivienda.
