You know what? I wasn’t expecting much when I first pulled up to Radazul Marina – honestly, it’s one of those spots that looks pretty industrial from the highway. But once you actually get down into the marina area, everything changes. The Radazul Marina Seafront 12 sits right there overlooking the boats, and I mean *right* there – you can practically reach out and touch the masts from some of the windows.

The apartment itself is surprisingly spacious, which is refreshing because let’s be honest, a lot of these waterfront places are tiny boxes with inflated prices. This one actually feels like someone’s home (in the best way), not a sterile hotel room. The kitchen’s properly equipped too – I’m talking real knives, not those useless butter knives you usually get, and a coffee maker that actually works. The balcony is where you’ll spend most of your time though, especially in the evenings when the marina gets this lovely golden light. Fair warning: it can get a bit breezy, so maybe pack a light jacket even in summer.

What really sold me on this place is the location within Radazul itself. Most people drive straight through to get to the bigger resorts, but they’re missing out. There’s this little seafood place – Casa Antonio – about a five-minute walk from the marina that serves the best lapas I’ve had outside of La Palma. And here’s something the booking sites don’t tell you: the path along the waterfront connects to a series of natural pools that are perfect for swimming when the main beaches are too crowded. Parking is included, which is actually a big deal because finding a spot in the marina area during peak season can be… well, let’s just say it’s challenging.

The only minor downside – and I mean minor – is that it can get a bit noisy on weekend nights when the marina bars are busy. But honestly, it’s more lively than disruptive, and it dies down pretty reasonably. Plus, there’s something nice about falling asleep to the sound of boat rigging gently clinking in the breeze. Check-in was smooth (they leave the keys in a lockbox, which I was skeptical about but it worked perfectly), and the whole setup feels very local rather than touristy. The 8.7 rating makes sense – it’s not luxury, but it’s genuine, comfortable, and in a spot that gives you a real taste of Canarian coastal life without the resort crowds.

  The apartment was amazing, spacious and beautifully furnished! Also it has a large terrace. I was worried there would be some noise from the port, but it was super quiet during my stay. The bed is huge and super comfortable. The AC was working perfectly. The bathroom has a boiler big enough to take a long hot shower, which is not always available in other properties, so for me it was a plus! Communication with the host was quick and efficient. I will definitely come back whenever I have a chance🤩

  Clean and tidy apartment with very comfortable beds and all needed facilities.
  I can say that the owners really love this place as every detail was polished to the top.
  Beautiful view and a wine as a welcome gift was the perfect complement to a wonderful stay.

  Responsive hosts who provided a video to help with finding the apartment. Great views, easy to walk to the beach and several restaurants. Comfortable bed and couch, roomy shower with enough hot water, amazing balcony that actually gets sun. The bus will take you almost to the doorstep. I wish I could've stayed longer!

  Great views to the ocean and the marina, nice balcony overlooking marina, where You can sunbathe, there are several restaurants just walking downstairs! We absolutely loved the setting of the apartment – the bedroom is on 2nd floor, great tv zone with comfy sofa and doors to the balcony which You can open and enjoy indoor- outdoor living! The apartment is perfect for couple! The location is only 12 minutes drive to Santa Cruz and within 40 minutes drive is Anada Rural park with many hiking trails and amazing nature! Clean communication from hosts and smart lock made our check in very easy! We stayed in November and parking in nearby street was easy to find.

  Nice apartment with view on the marina of Radazul Baja. Comfortabele and cozy. Complementary olive oil, vinegar, coffee, tea, salt and pepper and a bottle of red wine. Possibility to eat on the terrace with view on the marina. Thanks to the received recommendation, I additionally rented a parking place for the car. That was really needed.

  Als erstes, was leider nicht mehr selbstverständlich ist: das Apartment war 100% sauber! Boden, Oberflächen, Geschirr, alles war top gereinigt. Die Bettwäsche frisch. Das Bett und Kissen sind sehr bequem.
  Man hat einen sehr großes Wohnzimmer mit Küche, welches man weit zur Terrasse mit bequemen Stühlen und Markise öffnen kann. Es gibt keine sinnlosen Staubfänger-Dekorationsgegenstände oder Genstände von Vormietern. Die große Chouch ist bequem, dazu gibts einen großen, modernen Smart-TV. Die Küche ist sehr basic ausgestattet, aber es ist alles für Frühstück oder Kochen vorhanden. Sonst kann man in den 3 Restaurants oder dem Cafe essen. Alles funktioniert einwandfrei.
  Weiter so! Wir würden wieder kommen!
  Radazuls Felsküste ist sehr urban mit großen Wohnhäusern bebaut. Spannend. Es gibt fußläufig einen großen schwarzen Sandstrand und 2 Badelandschaften an der Felsküste mit Liegeplattformen und Einstiegen ins glasklare Wasser. (Super für Tauchen oder Tauchkurse) Auto und Mietparkplatz sind empfehlenswert, für eine Woche ginge es auch ohne.

  Mooie locatie, zalig balkon. Onder ons verblijf verschillende restaurantjes voor elk wat wils.
  Best wel een parking reserveren voor aankomst. De gratis parkeer gelegenheden zijn redelijk snel volzet.

  Trotz Nähe zu darunterliegenden Restaurants war es sehr ruhig. Sehr schöne Terrasse mit Blick über den Hafen und Meer.
