  There is a private bathroom to each of the two bedrooms. The bedrooms and the living room offer wonderful sea views. The windows have electric external blinds to protect against the sun. The balcony is a great size (there is even a hammock) and can be shaded with awnings. The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering and there is even a washing machine. A particularly nice gesture from the very friendly hosts when handing over the keys was a small ‘starter supply’ of water, coffee powder, fruit and biscuits. There is a car park in the underground car park for the rental car (in my opinion necessary for Tenerife).

  what a view! Jose and his partner were delightful. it was a huge space, and we were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Radazul is a nice little town not far from Santa Cruz.

  La terrazza con vista mare sul golfo di Radazul con la spiaggia sotto casa è il punto forte della struttura . Posizione comoda a tutti i servizi, come il supermercato "SUPERDINO" i ristoranti e vari bar e forno con il pane fresco sul piccolo porticciolo sono deliziosi. Due linee Bus il 38/39, portano a Santa Cruz ogni 30 minuti con fermata a 10 metri dall'appartamento.
  La casa ha tutti i comfort anche gli accessori per il mare, con tanto di poltroncine, visto che nelle vicinanze non ci sono spiagge attrezzate, sono state molto utili. Un ringraziamento particolare a Josè l'Host della struttura per la sua gentilezza e disponibilità.

  Die Wohnung liegt in der Mitte der 2. Etage eines Mehrparteienhauses, hat einen Aufzug und zur Wohnung gehört ein (ziemlich schmaler) Tiefgaragen Stellplatz. Unter der Woche bzw. Abends war es aber nie ein Problem auf den kostenlosen Stellplätzen vor der Tür zu parken. Im Haus selbst ging es sehr ruhig zu und die Bewohner waren alle freundlich. Der Vermieter/Verwalter war pünktlich um 15 Uhr an der Wohnung und hat uns alles in gut verständlichem Englisch erklärt. Man kann auf Wunsch mehrere Haustürschlüssel bekommen.
  Schön war das Meeresrauschen und der Ausblick von der Wohnung. Die Ventilatoren waren echt Gold wert.
  Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Betten waren bequem. Die Schlafzimmerfenster haben elektrische Rollos.
  Die Küche ist mit fast allem recht gut ausgestattet. Wir konnten uns gut Mahlzeiten selbst zubereiten. Große Kühl-/Gefrierkombination.
  In der Kammer neben der Küche steht die Waschmaschine. Waschmittel, Wäscheklammern und auch Putzmittel waren vorhanden. Große Müllbeutel waren da, kleine für die Mülleimer im Bad haben wir mit besorgt.
  Es sind vergitterte Schiebefenster in der Küche + Nebenraum womit man eine gute Belüftung der Wohnung schaffen kann.
  Es waren ausreichend Gewürze, Essig, Öl und ein paar Nudeln von den Vormietern vorhanden.

  La cocina, las habitaciones y los baños son amplios, el apartamento está bien ubicado y el anfitrión fue muy amable y estuvo pendiente de atendernos. Tener aparcamiento es muy importante en la zona. El sofá es muy cómodo.

  La casa es tal y como se ve en las fotos, muy acogedora, amplia y con una terraza con unas vistas maravillosas. Su anfitrión, Jose ha sido muy amable con nosotros y nos ha explicado todo al detalle. La casa cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia como si estuvieses en tu casa: toallas, artículos de higiene, básicos para cocinar y desayunar e incluso nevera de playa, lo que se agradece mucho estando de vacaciones. Las camas son muy cómodas y que tenga ventilador en las habitaciones y sala es un punto muy positivo a destacar.
