  This clean and cozy apartment had everything we needed for our 5 nights stay in las Americas: fully equipped kitchen with big fridge/freezer, oven/microwave, washing machine, fast wifi and big screen smart tv. The apartment is part of the Parque Santiago IV complex that has also hotel rooms and everything is super clean and well maintained in the pool/garden areas as well as in the other common areas. The garden around the pools and own terrace is also really beautiful and there was also a small playground for smaller kids.
  The two pools are just a few steps away from the studio's terrace, other one is heated and temperature was +26 C in December – really pleasant and when too hot, you can dip in the refreshing 18 degrees C in the other pool :). Location is best you can get in Americas – close to the beaches and just outside the garden you can watch amazing sun sets. It is really quiet corner as well – no traffic / night life noise reach this apartment. I would come back here any time.

  Der Checkin war unkompliziert, Guido sehr sympatisch. Das Appartement ist optimal gelegen, hat alles, was es für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Man ist autonom im Parque Santiago IV, kann den Pool nutzen.
