Hotel Description

You know what caught me off guard about Primavera? I was expecting another cookie-cutter hotel in Costa Del Silencio, but this place actually has some personality. It’s tucked away on Calle Ten-bel – honestly, you’ll probably miss the street sign the first time because it’s one of those narrow side roads that doesn’t look like much from the main drag. But that’s actually part of its charm.

The thing about Costa Del Silencio is that it lives up to its name (silence, for those whose Spanish is rusty like mine was). While the bigger resorts down the coast are dealing with pool parties and crowds, this area stays refreshingly quiet. The Primavera sits right in the sweet spot where you’re close enough to walk to the little local bars and that surprisingly good bakery on the corner, but far enough from the tourist chaos that you can actually sleep with your windows open. I mean, the staff genuinely seemed to know what they were doing too – check-in was smooth, none of that “your room isn’t ready yet” nonsense even though I showed up early.

What really sold me on the place was the attention to small stuff that most hotels mess up. The shower pressure is actually decent (you’d be surprised how rare that is), and they’ve got this little courtyard area where you can sit with your morning coffee without feeling like you’re on display. The rooms aren’t huge, but they’re laid out smart – there’s actually space for your suitcase that isn’t blocking the bathroom door. Plus, parking is included, which honestly saves you a headache because street parking around there can be… well, let’s just say it’s not tourist-friendly. The whole vibe feels more like a well-run boutique place than a typical 4-star chain. You’ll notice they put thought into the details – good lighting for reading, outlets where you actually need them, that kind of thing. It’s the sort of place where you end up staying an extra night just because you’re comfortable, you know?

  NIcolae, an exceptional and friendly host who tried to accommodate us in every detail, took care of our safety and that my wife and I would feel the best in his apartment.
  The plane was more than an hour late and he waited for us late in the evening and even helped us with our luggage.
  Helped with useful advice and guidance.
  The location for this area is excellent. everything accessible on foot, free parking on the street right next to it, always available.
  If you don't feel like going anywhere else one day, the pool is only a minute away.

  We had a great time here! This pleasant and quiet apartment is located in a great location and has excellent privat position in a complex of 2-storey villas in a mature well-kept garden full of palm trees and flowers. You can sít on the terrace with coffee and watch palm trees, it will never get windy or too sunny and you have full privacy all day. Nicolae is a very kind and thoughtful owner who really cares about making his guests feel comfortable. He thinks of every detail. The grounds are fenced and secure, with convenient parking nearby. The sea is a 5 minute walk through the park. There is a small plaza overlooking the cliffs. Costa Silencio is adjacent to Las Galletas (10 minutes walk) where there is a beautiful promenade, a sand/stone beach, shops, restaurants and also 2 large playgrounds in the park for children of all ages. Next to the complex you will find a well stocked supermarket, mini golf and beautiful places to walk around the area.

  Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut. Das Appartement war sehr sauber, die Küche gut ausgestattet, die Betten bequem und die Anlage ruhig. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und sehr gut erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist zu empfehlen.

  Nous avons apprécié l'accueil de Nicolae et sa disponibilité. Il nous a attendu jusqu'à 2 heures du matin pour nous remettre les clés et nous fournir les explications nécessaires. La résidence est parfaitement bien entretenue et l'appartement également. La résidence Primavera est très calme et très sécurisée. C'est conforme à la description. L'appartement disposait de tous les produits et ustensiles dont nous avons eu besoin.
