  We had an enjoyable stay at this apartment. The view was lovely. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed for cooking, which was very convenient. The area was quiet. Parking was never an issue, as free spots were always available right in front of the building. Overall, a comfortable place to stay. Would recommend!

  Generally clean and spacious. It has all the equipment you need. I like the blankets on the sofa because in the evenings it was a bit cold (we were in November). Keep in mind that the terrace is located on the north side. Good in the summer, but in the colder months, you can miss the sun a bit 🙂

  Super quiet environment with a nice view from the terrace down to the ocean (and even Mt. Teide if you lean out a bit). Parking is not an issue.
  
  The apartment is reasonably well-equipped with all the essentials, the dishwasher was a nice bonus. Coffee-wise, you have the choice between a Nescafe capsule machine and a Bialetti stove top.
  
  If you're afraid of being cold in winter: there were two electric heaters and plenty of blankets, but we didn't use them at all in February. The bed had a super warm blanket and pillows of different firmness to choose from. Mattress was on the harder side (which we appreciated) and protected by a plastic liner below the sheet – a bit noisy, but probably a plus in terms of hygiene.

  A very clean, well-equipped and comfortable apartment ideally located for visiting the north of Tenerife. The owners were really helpful throughout our stay, giving us tips on places to visit and local restaurants. We would thoroughly recommend this apartment and its location.

  Quiet area, possibility to park a car nearby, cleanliness of the apartment, good kitchen, coffee machine, availability of information about the island, homely atmosphere, good location for visiting the north of the island, attention of the owners, possibility of entry at a convenient time

  Clean, comfortable and with a well equipped kitchen, plenty of wardrobe space and a balcony with a sea view across to the island of La Palma, this apartment was an excellent choice. The hosts provided lots of little details, including sofa throws for cool nights, and comfortable cushions. We were also treated to some spectacular sunsets.
  Access to El Sauzal and Los Naranjeros was easy by car (and we also walked to both places). The Number 011 bus also passes nearby.

  Lage:
  Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße mit Blick auf das Meer. An der Straße sind immer genügend Parkplätze vorhanden. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss. Im Februar ist erst ab circa 16 Uhr etwas Sonne auf dem Balkon.
  
  Ausstattung:
  Die Wohnung war außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet. Neben einer Waschmaschine gab es auch eine Spülmaschine, eine Orangenpresse, eine Salatschleuder, verschiedene Teesorten, Gewürze und Essig/Öl. Im Bad wurden sogar Duschgel und Shampoo bereitgestellt.
  
  Sauberkeit:
  Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ordentlich.
  
  Sonstiges:
  Es wurde ein Heizlüfter bereitgestellt, welchen wir im Februar regelmäßig benutzt haben. Wie generell überall auf Teneriffa war der Boden mit Fliesen belegt.
  
  Wir würden die Unterkunft immer wieder buchen.

  Le logement porte bien son nom : precioso. Nous nous y sommes sentis très bien dans son style 'chaleureux', un peu à l'ancienne. D'une taille confortable pour deux personnes. Très belle terrasse avec vue ( les photos ne sont pas trompeuses !)
