  Very nice small studio apartment in an apartment complex, modern and clean. Huge smart TV with many channels (many in English) and streaming apps (log in with your own credentials), ceiling fan and air-conditioner, shower and toilet (the only other room apart from the main studio space), a small kitchen, and a balcony facing the (one-way) street, where you can see a little of the ocean on one side, and the mountains on the other. 2 single beds, sofas and small coffee tables. The complex has a private pool.
  Area is quiet, far away enough (walking distance) from loud bars and restaurants. A mini-market is just a 2 minute walk away. Usually didn't have any problem finding a parking space right next to it (on the street), although the available spots tend to fill up quite quickly. Brush up on your parallel parking 😉
  Walk to the town and beach area (around 15 minutes) is downhill, so the walk back is, well,, up hill… Electric scooters are scattered in the area (did not use).
