You know what hit me first about this place? The sound. I mean, you expect ocean noise when you book something called “frente al mar,” but this apartment really delivers – you’re literally watching the waves from your window along Avenida Eugenio Dominguez Alfonso. The location is honestly perfect if you want to be in the thick of Playa de las Américas without dealing with the craziness of the main strip. Playa Fañabe is sort of the quieter cousin to the party beaches, but you’re still close enough to walk to all the action when you want it.

The apartment itself feels more like staying at a friend’s place than a typical hotel setup. It’s got that lived-in comfort that makes you actually want to hang out on the balcony instead of just rushing off to explore. The building is right there on the seafront – and I mean RIGHT there – so you get those morning coffee moments watching the joggers and early dog walkers before the beach gets busy. What I really appreciated was how the place manages to feel both beachy and grown-up at the same time. The 4-star rating makes sense because everything works properly (you’d be surprised how rare that is in some coastal rentals), but it’s not trying to be fancy in a way that makes you nervous about getting sand on things.

Honestly, the 8.1 rating reflects what I experienced – it’s really good, just not perfect. The area gets a bit hectic during peak season, especially with the proximity to Siam Park and all the water sports crowd, but that’s more about timing than the property itself. Parking can be interesting (welcome to Tenerife coastal living), but the trade-off is being able to walk to decent restaurants without getting in a car. There’s this little stretch of local spots just off the main tourist drag where you can actually get good food without paying resort prices. The apartment works especially well if you’re planning to mix beach days with exploring the island – you’re close enough to the southern airport that you don’t lose half your day traveling, but far enough from the flight path that plane noise isn’t a thing. I’d definitely stay here again, particularly in shoulder season when you get all the benefits of the location without the summer crowds.

  Нас зустріла чудова дівчина на імʼя Карлотта. Дуже доброзичлива, все розповіла, порадила супермаркети та місце для паркування.
  
  В квартирі дуже затишно, чисто та приємно. Є все необхідне для проживання: засоби для прання, для гігієни, рушники тощо.
  
  Квартира знаходиться поруч з чудовим пляжем та поруч багато закладів. Враження чудові!
  
  Єдиний мінус: це заклад який знаходиться в 5 метрах від квартири, приблизно з 18:00 гучна музика до 2-3 ночі. Але навіть це не зіпсувало враження. Дякуємо за чудовий сервіс!

  What could be improved: Leider wurde uns nicht mitgeteilt das jeden Abend ab ab ca. 19 Uhr ein DJ 2 Meter vor unserer Türe bis mitten in die Nacht die Musik aufdreht . Mein Sohn konnte deshalb kaum einschlafen dadurch war der Aufenthalt nicht so angenehm . Aber die Ausstattung ist top

  Bellissimo appartamento, moderno e super fornito!!
  Spazioso e molto comodo sia per raggiungere le spiagge vicine che per raggiungere il centro.
  Inoltre, in una posizione tranquilla e silenziosa, perfetta per chi vuole raggiungere in 5 minuti la movida e i principali bar/discoteche senza essere disturbati di notte.
  Anche la proprietaria super disponibile e gentile.

  Lo más que me gustó fue que estaba todo nuevo y limpio y lo menos que me gustó aunque la ubicación es buena está al lado de una playa y en una zona que está bastante concurrida tienes un problema importante y es que es justo delante a 20 m tienes un bar y si vas de viernes a lunes como fui yo el ruido de ese bar todas las noches poniendo desde las 21:00 horas de la noche hasta la 1:00 de la mañana música con un volumen que no te deja descansar bien y una noche es pasable pero fueron tres noches seguidas, incluso la del domingo y no pudimos descansar bien aconsejo que el que reserves se lleve unos buenos tapones de oído
