Look, I’ll be honest – when I first saw the address for Piso F-Primavera GT, I thought “apartment building much?” But here’s the thing that surprised me: this place actually nails what a lot of travelers are really looking for these days. It’s tucked away on Calle Ten-bel in Arona, which honestly took me a minute to find the first time (GPS gets a little confused in this neighborhood), but once you’re there, you get it. The building itself is one of those modern Spanish residential complexes that looks pretty standard from the outside, but the apartment – sorry, “hotel suite” – they’ve created here is genuinely impressive.

What really won me over was how they’ve managed to make a residential space feel like a proper hotel experience without losing that authentic local vibe. I mean, you’re literally staying where locals live, so when you step out in the morning, you’re grabbing coffee from the same spots they do, not some tourist trap. The Ten-bel area is actually pretty quiet – you know how some places in the Canaries can get crazy loud with the late-night crowd? This isn’t that. It’s more residential, which means you’ll sleep well, but you’re still only about a 10-minute walk from the main action in Arona. The apartment itself is honestly better appointed than most 4-star hotels I’ve stayed in – and I’m picky about these things. Everything feels new and well-maintained, not like someone just threw some hotel furniture into a random flat and called it a day.

Here’s what really impressed me though: the rating of 9.1 isn’t just inflated review fluff. The attention to detail is there – good WiFi (actually good, not “hotel good”), a kitchen that you’d actually want to use if you’re staying more than a couple nights, and they’ve clearly thought about storage space, which is something most places completely botch. The whole setup works especially well if you’re doing that thing where you want to feel like you’re living somewhere rather than just passing through. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle in this area – it’s street parking mostly, and locals know all the good spots – but it’s manageable if you’re patient. I’d definitely recommend this place, especially if you’re the type who likes to explore beyond the typical hotel zone. Just remember to save the exact address in your phone because, like I said, finding it the first time is a bit of an adventure.

  Lovely apartment with everything you needed including shower gel, washing up liquid, pool towels and tea towels. The apartment was fresh and clean and in a good location within easy reach of restaurants, shops and bus stop. Good swimming pool and good security.

  Washing machine was awesome, there was always a lot of free parking near. We enjoyed TV that had all the apps, fast internet.

  De Moderne en smaakvolle inrichting, goed uitgeruste keuken en een comfortabele badkamer, een supermarkt op 2 minuten afstand, ook de basis benodigdheden zoals afwasmiddel, handdoeken, vaatdoeken enz waren aanwezig zodat je niet alles moet gaan kopen .

  Wohnung war relativ frisch renoviert und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gab wirklich alles. Waschmaschine war top. Auf dem Balkon konnte man sehr schön relaxen. Die Anlage ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber in Ordnung. Pool war gut zum schwimmen. Lage ist optimal, diverse Supermärkte, Restaurants in laufweite.

  Un apartamento muy cuidado, con mucho menaje de cocina, toallas fabulosas, etc.

  La résidence était au top.
  L appartement correspondait à mes attentes.
  Par contre, il y faisait très lourd même la nuit en raison de l absence de climatisation et surtout de rideaux occultants sur la baie vitrée de la terrasse.
  
  What could be improved: Une fois passé les grilles de la résidence, les extérieurs sont détériorés et très sales.
  Absence d une réelle plage que vous rejoignez en traversant un parc jonché d ordures et d excréments.
  Centre ville vieillo. Aucune animation.
  Heureusement que nous étions à 15 minutes de route de la station d Adeje.
