The parking situation here is actually fantastic (and free, which is rare these days), so if you’re planning to explore the island by car, you’re set.   Wundervolle Wohnung: Neubau, alles top in Schuss. Mit Liebe zum Detail und gutem Geschmack eingerichtet, sehr modern, sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts (Tiefgarage, elektrische Markise, Spülmaschine, Nespressomaschine, Pfannen, Töpfe, Gewürze, Spülmittel, Geschirrhandtücher etc.)
  Gute Lage im Süden der Insel: man ist schnell an der Autobahn und am Flughafen (aber kein Lärm), kleiner Supermarkt und Cafés, Meer fußläufig. Auch die "Geisterstadt" in Abades ist zu Fuß erreichbar (4km entfernt).
  Und das beste ist die Terrasse: ein wahnsinnig toller Blick aufs Meer, auch vom Wohnzimmer aus durch die riesige Panoramaschiebetüren.

  Die Lage und der Ausblick von der Terrasse sind außergewöhnlich schön, Der Standpunkt für Ausflüge auf der Insel ist günstig. In der Nähe ist ein schöner Sandstrand in Sichtweite vor dem Leuchtturm.

  Sehr schöner und großer Balkon mit hochwertigen Möbeln. Von dort aus hat man einen hervorragenden Ausblick auf die Bucht von El Poris. Wenn wir im Appartement waren, haben wir uns die meiste Zeit hier aufgehalten.
  Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer neuen Appartement Anlage mit 7 Wohnungen. Ein Fahrstuhl und ein Stellplatz in der Garage stehen zur Verfügung. Beides haben wir allerdings kaum genutzt. Der Mietwagen kann auch hervorragend kostenfrei oben an der Straße abgestellt werden. Von dort ist es nur eine Etage nach unten.
  Die Wohnung ist sehr schön schlicht und elegant eingerichtet.

  Ein außerordentlich geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Appartement mit hochwertigen technischen Geräten.
  Das macht die eigentlich wenig attraktive Gegend von Teneriffa wett. Der ca. 2km gegenüberliegende schöne Strand ist problemlos zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir konnten durch das schöne Wetter unseren Aufenthalt sehr genießen.
