Look, I’ve stayed in plenty of places in Playa de las Americas over the years, and honestly, the Penthouse Apartment on Avenida V Centenario surprised me – in the best way possible. When you first walk in, there’s this immediate sense that someone actually thought about how people live, not just where tourists crash for a few nights. The space feels genuinely residential, which I mean in a good way – you’re not surrounded by that generic hotel beige that makes every place look the same.

What really got me was the location. You’re right on V Centenario, which means you can actually walk to the beach without that whole production of finding your flip-flops and sunscreen every single time. The Veronicas Strip is close enough that you’ll hear some of the nightlife energy (especially on weekends), but far enough that you’re not dealing with drunk tourists stumbling past your window at 3 AM. I actually appreciated that balance – you know you’re in the heart of things without feeling like you’re sleeping in a nightclub. The apartment itself has this penthouse vibe that delivers on the name. The views are pretty spectacular, especially if you catch the sunset from the terrace. There’s something about being up high enough to see both the ocean and the chaos of Las Americas below that puts everything in perspective.

The building’s well-maintained too, which honestly isn’t always a given in this part of Tenerife. Check-in was smooth – none of that waiting around while they “prepare your room” nonsense. Parking can be a bit of a dance during high season, but that’s true for anywhere decent in Las Americas. The kitchen actually works if you want to make coffee that doesn’t taste like it came from a machine that’s seen better decades, and the Wi-Fi holds up even when you’re trying to upload all those sunset photos. I think what sets this place apart is that it feels like staying in someone’s actual home rather than a vacation rental that’s been stripped of personality. You’ll find yourself lingering on that terrace longer than planned, and honestly, that’s exactly what a good vacation spot should do to you.

  Everything was very clean and tidy, you have everything you need to stay for a good length of time. Checking in and out was easy and you are a in a really good location to go to the beach or for a meal. If you rent a car there's a lot of parking around and it is very close to the main motorway if you want to get out of town, but also very quiet when you want to relax as you are on the top floor. Plenty of storage so no need to live out of a suitcase. There is a pool that is just for residents if you don't want to leave the complex, and there are two cafes, a supermarket and a restaurant within a few minutes walk. Excellent location, excellent apartment and good value for money. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again next time we visit Tenerife!

  Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Apartament przestronny, komfortowy. Dobre wyposażenie kuchni. Bardzo czysto.

  Czasami właścicielka odpowiadała po długim czasie. jednak w większości kontakt z właścicielka był dobry.

  J'ai beaucoup aimé la propreté du logement, sa situation au dernier étage avec vue dégagée, la rénovation récente ainsi que tous les équipements à notre disposition (électroménager, cuisine garnie et équipée, fer et table à repasser… ) L'appartement est très lumineux et à proximité d'un centre commercial, à quelques pas de l'hyper centre de Las Américas. Il y a beaucoup de place pour garer la voiture de location. Très chouette !!!

  Когда заходишь в такое чистое, светлое, аккуратное помещение, тебе хочется в нём находиться и хочется непременно оставить его после себя в таком же виде! Свежий ремонт, всё удобно устроено. Просторная гостиная, большой телевизор. На кухне есть вся необходимая посуда и приборы для готовки и еды, кофеварка. Хороший вместительный холодильник, где по приезду, нас ждала бутылочка вина – презент от хозяев.
  Есть удобный обеденный стол, который мы иногда выставляли на балкон, чтобы поужинать с прекрасным видом на горы. Отдельная моя благодарность за большое зеркало в пол! Это, почему-то, редкость и для апартаментов, и для отелей. Вторая отдельная благодарность за бокалы. Для меня загадка, почему почти всегда, по крайней мере, в Испании, в арендном жилье нет бокалов, а только чашки и стаканы. Здесь же были и тонкие для кавы, и большие для вина.
  На балконе есть сушилка для одежды, что тоже очень кстати. В душевой отличный напор воды и удобный подоконник, чтобы разместить все принадлежности. Во всей квартире много света и его источников.
  В общем и целом, ощущение, что люди делали, как для себя, а не чтобы просто дать визуальную картинку временной удобной крыши над головой для туристов.
  
  Расположение апартаментов нас полностью устроило. До пляжа и набережной – минут 10 неспешным шагом мимо баров, ресторанчиков и магазинов. Прямо у дома бар, где можно выпить кофе и позавтракать, ресторан, супермаркет. В трёх минутах – аптека.
  Мы были на машине, поэтому нам очень понравилось ездить за покупками в Сиам Молл – от апартаментов буквально 5 минут.
  С парковкой проблем не было, всегда довольно легко и быстро находили место прямо у дома.
  
  У этого варианта жилья просто отличное соотношение цена/качество! Я с удовольствием и благодарностью пишу этот отзыв, нам с мужем было очень комфортно здесь жить!

• Prima en nette locatie met goed bed – Lena from Netherlands – 17 March 2025 (10/10)

  Goede locatie, slechts 10 minuutjes lopen naar de boulevard. Een groot winkelcentrum met hele grote supermarkt op zichtafstand, maar ook veel kleinere supermarkten nabij. Enorm veel eetgelegenheden met vooral een hele goed Indische in de straat. Het appartement ziet er heel netjes uit. Voldoende faciliteiten aanwezig om ook zelf af en toe te koken. Er staat een goed bed. Alles lekker schoon en overzichtelijk. Zeker de moeite waard om te huren.
  
  What could be improved: Er hangt steeds een vervelende rioollucht in de badkamer, maar dat wist de eigenaar wel snel op te lossen met de licht van chemische bloemetjes. Na een dag of 4 kwam helaas de lucht wel weer terug. Ben bang dat de eigenaar hier ook niet heel veel aan kan doen. Maar zolang het steeds opgelost kan worden is het prima.
  
  Verder is de bank wel aan vervanging toe. Erg doorgezakt.
  
  En het zou fijn zijn als er gemakkelijke stoeltjes op het balkon staan, want op keukenstoeltjes zit je daar niet heel lekker.
