  Modern well equipped apartment with partial sea views located close to nearby beach and all amenities, restaurants, shops.
  Parking close by.
  Good location to explore the island, Mount Teide etc and close but not too close to the airport.
  The flat was bright and spacious. Very quiet at night with lovely sound of breakers on nearby beach. Beach is great for kids and is supervised by lifeguard.
  Shared Pool of good size when sea is too rough.

  Die Wohnung ist großzügig, mit einer schönen Terrasse mit Markise und Auflagen. Blick auf die Bucht und nah an Restaurants.
  Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet .Die Betten sind bequem.

  Балкон выходит на рассвет, также виден океан и рядом пальмы, очень красивый вид (смотреть закат выходите гулять). На балконе маркиз, очень помогает защищаться от солнца. В кухне есть все необходимое. В спальне большой встроенный шкаф (не виден на фото).
  Очень приятно что были предоставлены капсулы для посудомоечной машины и для стирки.
  Отличный бассейн (без подогрева) с лежаками и зонтиками внутри жилого комплекса, есть туалет.
  Есть быстрый спуск к берегу.
  Если не повезет запарковаться на улице, позади дома есть парковка где всегда есть места, и можно зайти в апартаменты по другой лестнице.
