  Le cadre général de l'hébergement est confortable (même s'il est un peu vieillot) avec un accès direct à la piscine. Excentré du centre ville, l'hébergement est très calme. L'appartement est assez fonctionnel même s'il faut noter quelques points négatifs. Un WC indépendant est disponible dans l'appartement pour le confort de tous.
  Il a été assez facile de trouver des places de parking gratuites dans le quartier. L'appartement étant traversant, il est préférable et plus facile de se garer à l'arrière de l'immeuble !
  Belle vue depuis la piscine sur le mont Teide. Une piscine très agréable et bien ensoleillée.
