Look, I’ll be honest – when I first pulled up to Pardelo on Calle Tabaiba, I wasn’t expecting much from a 3-star place. But honestly? This little gem in Los Menores completely caught me off guard. The street itself is pretty quiet (which I loved, actually), and you’re tucked away from the main tourist chaos but still close enough to everything that matters.

What really got me was how the staff just… knew their stuff. I mean, the guy at reception didn’t just hand me a key – he actually sketched out a little map showing me the best route to avoid the tourist traps down by the coast. And you know what? He was right. The whole vibe here feels like staying with locals who genuinely want you to have a good time, not just process you through like cattle. The rooms are clean and comfortable – nothing fancy, but everything works properly (and trust me, that’s not always a given in this price range). The beds are actually decent, and the AC doesn’t sound like a jet engine, which is honestly a blessing during those hot Canarian afternoons.

Here’s the thing about Los Menores that most people don’t realize – it’s perfectly positioned. You’re about a 15-minute walk from some absolutely stunning coastal paths, and there’s this little local café around the corner that does the best cortado I had during my entire trip. The owner, María, remembers your order after like two visits. The hotel itself sits in this residential area where you’ll hear actual life happening – kids playing, neighbors chatting – instead of just tour buses rumbling past at 6 AM. Parking isn’t a nightmare here either, which if you’ve driven around the more touristy parts of Tenerife, you’ll appreciate. I stayed here during shoulder season in October, and while it got busy on weekends with Spanish families (always a good sign), the weekdays were perfectly peaceful. The 9.5 rating makes complete sense once you’re there – it’s not trying to be something it’s not, but what it does, it does really well. You’re getting honest value, genuine hospitality, and a location that lets you experience the real Canary Islands without completely breaking the bank or dealing with resort nonsense.

  La petite terrasse privée plus celle de l’étage supérieur sont vraiment très agréables.
