So here’s the thing about Paraiso Tenerife – it’s actually one of those places that grows on you. I’ll be honest, when I first pulled up to Avenida Adeje 300, I wasn’t blown away by the exterior or anything, but you know what? Sometimes the best finds are the ones that surprise you once you get inside.

The two-bedroom setup is genuinely spacious, which is something you don’t always get even at four-star places. I mean, you can actually spread out here without tripping over your luggage every five minutes. The living area flows nicely into the kitchen area – and it’s a proper kitchen, not one of those sad little kitchenettes with a mini-fridge and a prayer. If you’re the type who likes to grab groceries from the Mercadona down the road (there’s one about ten minutes away, actually), you can cook real meals here. The bedrooms are well… they’re hotel bedrooms, but comfortable ones. Nothing fancy, but the beds are decent and there’s enough closet space for a week’s worth of vacation clothes.

What really works about this place is the location in Playa Paraiso. Look, it’s not the most happening spot on Tenerife – you’re not going to find crazy nightlife right outside your door – but that’s sort of the point. It’s this quieter stretch where you can actually hear the ocean at night, especially if you get a room facing the water. The beach here is mostly rocky (typical for this part of the island), but there are some nice swimming spots if you know where to look. Plus, you’re only about fifteen minutes from Costa Adeje if you want the busier resort scene, and honestly, having that option while being able to retreat to somewhere more peaceful is pretty ideal. The 7.9 rating makes sense to me – it’s not going to wow you with luxury touches, but it delivers on the fundamentals without any major disappointments. Parking can be a bit tight during peak season (July and August get pretty packed), and the WiFi is… well, it’s hotel WiFi, so manage your expectations. But the staff genuinely seems to care about getting things right, and there’s something to be said for that. If you’re looking for a solid base to explore the southern part of the island without paying resort prices, this place does the job well.

  What could be improved: Starter kit like coffee capsules, soap shampoo, paper towels etc.. not available or not enough.

  Great swimmingpool, spacious rooms and a good kitchen. On arrival we noticed some minor issues that where promptly fixed by maintenance.

  The place had washer and dishwasher and it had a decent spaces inside the apartment, the pool area was nice but very few parasails to take cover under when the sun got too hot
  
  What could be improved: The outlook from the the balcony which overlooks a bare gorge which is used as a carpark and for locals to walk there dogs to toilet themselves as well as dogs using the pavements , The apartment lacked essentials that were quoted on the booking.com site. i.e. a kettle and toaster tee towels no oven gloves to lift hot things out of the oven lack of crockery i.e. tea plates cups and saucers as we were there for 28 days we thought a change of bed linen would have been in the apartment for us to change and wash. pool towels baking trays for the oven,( even bath robes were quoted and we got none) one plug to use in the bathroom out of three items that are in the bathroom even miss matched bath towels a lack of bath mats to put on the floor for getting out of the bath/shower lack of wine glasses no instructions on how to use the safety deposit box or even where the trash had to go. We had no English channels on the tv the décor of the apartment was shabby in the seconded bedroom the wall was painted with a sliver paint which was poorly applied even on the ceiling and electric socket the wardrobe doors were not acceptable so shabby looking, The master bedroom wasn't much better to many extension leads which was evident though out the apartment the curtains were shabby even the curtain pole moved when you closed the curtains at night and opened them in the morning same as the curtains and pole in the lounge on the balcony they had put a miss match of artificial turf laid over the tiles a shabby old cabinet a old broken clothes dryer which I fixed myself, This apartment is classed as three star on booking.com I would only give it a one and a half stars in a nut shell it is sub standard .

  Schöne Lage, sehr netter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Ich konnte sogar etwas früher in die Wohnung, was gut gepasst hat.
  Die Lage ist super. Die Straße liegt in einem leichten Gefälle und innerhalb von wenigen Minuten hat man schon einige Essens- und Einkaufmöglichkeiten. Ein Einkaufscenter mit Supermarkt ist mit dem Auto nicht mehr als 5 Minuten entfernt.
  Die Ausstattung ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig und es war sehr sauber von Anfang an. Es wurden sogar freundlicherweise schon 2 Flaschen Wasser kaltgestellt.
  Unbedingt auch mal zum Hard Rock Hotel laufen (10-15 Minuten Fußweg) und abends auf der Rooftopbar den Sonnenuntergang genießen.
  
  What could be improved: Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind leider gering auf Grund der Bevölkerungsdichte auf dieser Straße und wenn man nicht gerade Glück hat, das am Seitenstreifen vor dem Haus etwas frei ist, dann muss man 3-4 Minuten Fußweg entfernt parken. Hat mich aber nicht sonderlich gestört.

  Ubytovanie bolo čiste, útulné.
  Super lokalita.
  V zadnej časti sme mali krásny bazén. Pod ubytovaním je bar s reštauráciou s výhľadom na more.
  Parkovanie bolo zabezpečené na parkovisku vedľa rezidencie.
  K dispozícii sme mali aj práčku aj umývačku riadu.

  Obiekt ma dwie oddzielne sypialnie, co było sporym atutem, był bardzo dobrze wyposażony, od pralki po mikrofale, bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem apartamentu, była sytuacja że przepaliła się lampa w łazience oraz zepsuła się pralka, od razu po wiadomości zostało to naprawione. Czuliśmy się bezpiecznie, dużym plusem był również basen, gdzie nie było mnóstwa ludzi, był bardzo czysty.

  Czyste, ładne mieszkanie na 2 piętrze z tarasem, windą i dostępem do basenów (w tym jeden podgrzewany). W mieszkaniu wanna ale nie wysoka, klimatyzacja w sypialniach. Polecam, bardzo fajne lokum za dobrą cenę. Parking przy ulicy ale jest też obok dziki parking i bardzo dużo miejsc.
