What struck me right away was how the owners – and I mean, you can tell there are real people behind this place – have managed to create something that feels both polished and genuinely welcoming. The 9.8 rating isn’t just numbers on a screen; it’s the kind of score you earn by paying attention to details that matter. Like, the check-in process is refreshingly straightforward (no corporate script nonsense), and they actually seem to care about matching guests with what they’re looking for. The soundproofing is better than you’d expect for a residential building conversion, which matters when you’re trying to sleep off jet lag.

I mean, La Mareta isn’t exactly a household name, and that works in your favor here. Parking is straightforward (trust me, this matters more than you think in the Canary Islands), and the neighborhood has this quiet residential vibe that makes you feel like you’re actually experiencing how locals live. The only thing I’d mention is that you’ll want a car – public transport isn’t really designed for tourists in this part of Arico, but that’s sort of the point. You’re trading convenience for authenticity, and if you’re the kind of traveler who values that trade-off, this place delivers in ways that’ll surprise you.

  Apartament wyposażony we wszystko, co potrzebne do idealnych wakacji. Brak problemów z parkowaniem, świetny kontakt z opiekunami. Do dyspozycji aneks kuchenny, pralka, suszarka oraz wszystkie niezbędne akcesoria do przygotowywania posiłków i napojów. W pobliżu sklep i restauracje, a plaża dosłownie tuż za progiem. Mieszkanie nieskazitelnie czyste i zadbane. Z całego serca polecamy!

  Heel aangenaam dakterras, ideaal voor alle weersomstandigheden. Heel geriefelijk en ruim apartement . Mooi frontaal zicht op het keienstrand. Dicht bij diverse vis en zeevruchten restaurants.

  Unmittelbar am Meer! Wohltuender Ausblick mit Meeresrauschen. Sehr gut und geschmackvoll ausgestattet in einem kleinen Ort mit zahlreichen kleinen Restaurants und Supermarkt (der alles anbietet für den alltäglichen Gebrauch). Gemütliches Bett (gute Matratze).

  Wunderschöne Unterkunft, mit toller Lage direkt am Meer. Alles war super sauber und die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet.
  Direkt vor der Wohnung gibt es Parkplätze, es gibt nette Restaurants und einen Supermarkt im Ort und alles ist von dort sehr einfach mit dem Auto aus zu erreichen.
