Look, I’ve stayed at my share of hotels in Tenerife, and Paraiso Canario genuinely caught me off guard – in the best way possible. You know how Puerto de Santiago can feel a bit touristy along the main drag? Well, this place sits just off Calle Ana María, which honestly feels like you’ve stumbled into a pocket of the real Canary Islands. I mean, you’re still close enough to walk to Los Gigantes cliffs (maybe 10 minutes if you don’t mind a slight uphill trek), but there’s something quieter about this particular street that I really appreciated.

The thing that struck me first was how the staff actually seemed to care – not in that rehearsed resort way, but like they genuinely wanted you to have a good time. Check-in was smooth, parking wasn’t the nightmare I’d braced myself for, and honestly? The room had this perfect balance of feeling fresh and modern without trying too hard to impress. What I loved most was the view situation – depending on which room you get, you’re looking out at either the Atlantic or these dramatic volcanic slopes that make you remember you’re on an actual island, not just some generic beach destination. The morning light hitting those cliffs around 7 AM is something else entirely.

Here’s what really sold me though: the location gives you options without forcing choices on you. You can walk down to the marina area when you want that tourist vibe – decent restaurants, boat trips to see the whales, all that – but you can also head inland toward the smaller villages where locals actually eat. There’s this little bakery about five minutes away that I stumbled across purely by accident, and I ended up going there every morning because their cortado was better than anything I found at the fancy spots. The hotel itself has that relaxed evening atmosphere where you can sit outside without feeling like you’re in the middle of a party, which, if you’ve been to some of the places in Playa de las Américas, you’ll understand why that matters. Even in peak season, it never felt chaotic or rushed. I guess what I’m saying is – this place gets the balance right between being a proper hotel and letting you feel like you’re actually experiencing the Canaries, not just visiting them.

  Perfect. All needed equipment, the apartment was clean, with private pool and ocean view, quiet area, close to the beach, restaurants, shops, buses. Sufficient parking spaces. We asked to check out later and the hosts agreed. Would love to come back.

  The view is perfect, location – nice and calm with cafes, shops around in walking distance.

  We stayed as a family in one of the comfortable, well-equipped apartments in this complex and had a wonderful experience. The swimming pool was well-maintained and perfect for a refreshing dip. The terrace offered stunning sunset views. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was great, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We highly recommend this complex for a convenient and exceptional stay.

  Doskonała lokalizacja, obiekt zabezpieczony kontrolą dostępu, piękny widok i szum oceanu. W apartamencie kompletne wyposażenie, czysta pościel i ręczniki. Są dwie duże szafy, odkurzacz, żelazko itd. Jest tez telewizor i internet.

  L'appartement est magnifique,propre,fonctionnel,avec une belle vue sur l'océan et la piscine. hyper équipé,rien ne manque c'est incroyable. nous avons adoré et nous recommandons sans hésitation ce logement pour un couple ou une famille de 4 personnes. Aucun problème pour se garer dans la rue adjacente au logement il y avait toujours des places disponibles.la localisation est parfaite car plus petite station balnéaire par rapport a adeje ou los Gigantes. Toutes les commodités a proximité du logement a pied. Réactivité de notre interlocuteur appréciée,toujours disponible pour nous répondre et nous donner des conseils.
