You know what? I wasn’t expecting much when I first walked up to Paradise Court Las Americas – I mean, the name alone sounds like it was generated by a computer, right? But honestly, this little three-star spot on Calle Diario de Avisos completely surprised me. It’s tucked away in this quieter part of Adeje, which is actually perfect because you’re close enough to hear the buzz from Las Américas without dealing with the constant party noise that keeps you up at night. The building itself is sort of unassuming from the street, but once you’re inside, there’s this relaxed vibe that just works.

The pool area is where this place really shines – and I get why they put “Pool” right in the name because it’s genuinely nice. Not huge, but big enough that you’re not bumping into other guests when you’re trying to swim a few laps. The WiFi actually works throughout the property (shocking, I know), which was a lifesaver since I had to jump on a few work calls during my stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, nothing fancy but they’ve got that Spanish tile thing going on that feels authentic rather than trying too hard. Air conditioning works well, which you’ll definitely appreciate if you’re there during summer – trust me on that one. What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets at night; you can actually sleep with the windows open if you want that ocean breeze, though you won’t get direct ocean views from most rooms.

The location is honestly the secret weapon here. You’re about a ten-minute walk to the main Las Américas strip where all the restaurants and nightlife are, but you can also easily get to some of the better local spots that tourists usually miss. There’s this little Canarian restaurant just two streets over – can’t remember the exact name, but it’s got blue shutters – that serves the best papas arrugadas I had on the island. The staff at Paradise Court seem to know the area well too; they pointed me toward a hiking trail that starts near Barranco del Infierno, which I never would have found otherwise. Parking can be a bit tricky on the street, but there are usually spots if you’re willing to walk a block or two. The front desk folks are helpful without being overly chatty, which I prefer – they’ll answer your questions but won’t corner you with small talk when you’re clearly rushing out to catch a bus. For a three-star place, they really punch above their weight, and that 8.8 rating makes total sense once you’ve stayed there.

  What an amazing place to stay close to all the main attractions the apartment was beautiful clean and comfy and had everything you needed we had such a lovely stay and will definitely be staying again over the summer the host Maria was so helpful even down to ordering the taxi for us to get back to the airport she was amazing could not recommend this apartment enough
