Hotel Description

So I’ve stayed at this Oceanfront Apartment place in Parque Santiago II a few times now, and honestly, it’s become my go-to spot when I’m in Playa de las Americas. The thing is, when you first pull up to Avenida Rafael Puig Lluvina, you might think “this doesn’t look like much from the street” – but that’s actually part of what I love about it. It’s tucked away just enough that you’re not dealing with the chaos of the main strip, but you’re literally a three-minute walk from all the action.

The apartments themselves are proper spacious, which is refreshing after staying in some of those cramped hotel rooms you get in the tourist areas. I mean, you’ve got a full kitchen that actually works (I’ve cooked pasta at 2 AM more times than I care to admit), and the living areas don’t feel like an afterthought. The balconies – well, if you get one facing the right direction – give you these glimpse-of-ocean views that make your morning coffee taste better somehow. What really gets me is how quiet it is at night, considering you’re right in the heart of everything. The building’s set back enough that you’re not hearing every drunk British lad stumbling home from Veronicas at 4 AM, but you can still walk to Patch for breakfast without breaking a sweat.

You know what surprised me most? The little details that show someone actually cares about this place. The Wi-Fi doesn’t cut out every ten minutes like half the places around here, and I’ve never had issues with hot water – which, trust me, isn’t a given in Tenerife. The cleaning staff actually cleans (shocking, I know), and the front desk folks remember your name after day two. Parking can be a bit of a dance during peak season – I learned to get back before 6 PM or risk circling the block a few times – but there’s always street parking within a reasonable walk. The pool area gets decent sun most of the day, though it does get crowded when the German families descend around 10 AM with their perfectly organized beach bags and towel-claiming strategies. I usually grab my spot early or just head down to the actual beach, which is honestly one of the better stretches in Playa de las Americas once you get past the initial rocky bit. The whole setup just works – it’s comfortable without being fancy, practical without being boring, and positioned perfectly for both beach days and those inevitable late nights exploring the Veronicas strip or catching dinner at one of the decent restaurants along the coast.

Great location and everything we needed was there. Brilliant to be able to get in from the street through the terrace.

The decor, the comfy couch, the cleanliness, the views from both balconies/decks! The hypnotising sound of the waves, morning and night. The lovely pool, especially that the pool complex is accessible from the rear apartment door. The comfort of the double bed and the air con in both the main bedroom and downstairs. Sunsets on that top balcony are just perfect. The location was perfect too, no external sounds waking you up in the morning yet close enough to easily walk to the bars and safari centre in the opposite direction – not to mention a stone’s throw to the beach as you can see from the photos.

The apartment was so clean and we had an amazing view from our room of the beach. It had a lovely feel to it and had everything you could need, including lots of towels. The apartment was privately owned and you could tell, there was a welcome pack with coffee, tea and muffins. I'd definitely stay here again.

The location is great. It was all clean, spacious. The host is very helpful. Close to the beach, close to the swimming pool. Kitchen good equiped. The second bedroom is dark but I don't mind it.

Stayed here with my older parents in Sep 2023. Couldn't fault the apartment – location, facilities, and utilities all excellent. We made breakfast but ate out most evenings. Pool is great and bar staff friendly too (kept out suitcases after checkout for the day).

Love the host Laima, the key hand over is very easy. She is very friendly and giving us recommendations where to go.
The location is right behind restaurant along the beach. From the balcony you can see the sun set directly which is amazing.
The apartment is clean. There are coffee and tea to last for our stay.
